We had a great stay here for my brother’s 40th with my mom, her children and grandchildren. The house felt spacious even for 13 people. Everything was as wonderful as it looked in the listing. The coffee centre and gym were special perks, location was great, and deer were aplenty. We would highly recommend for a large group.

Remarkably spacious, very comfortable stylish accommodation, with exceptional views of Penticton and Lake Okanagan from two upper and lower balconies. An ideal place to stay, especially for large families or groups in a quiet residential area. Well equipped kitchen with amazing coffee machine and lots interesting artwork in the main open plan living area. Highly recommend this 5 star accommodation.

This home looks even better than the pictures. Very well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. The kids didn't want to leave!

Great location with amazing views. We had a group of 10 and made everything from spaghetti to fruit crumble in the well equipped kitchen. Nice big BBQ for burgers. This kitchen has enough cutlery, plates and glassware to outfit a small battalion. THE COFFEE MACHINE IS A THING OF BEAUTY. Nice hot tub. Massive deck space. Thanks to the owners for having such a well appointed setup, it made our trip very easy.

This is beautiful house on top of a hill in Penticton. It really has everything you need for a fantastic family/friends vacation. We all loved our time there and the host, Chis, makes it super easy to enjoy the place to the max!
