Located on Arbour Lake with full mountain view this 1600 sq. ft. apartment in the walkout basement of this home is a place to enjoy all year round from the inside fireplace, pool table and Jacuzzi tub to the outside fire pit, dock, boats, gazebo and swimming.
The three bedrooms all have queen size beds in them. There is still room for kids on the floor.
