About the neighbourhood
Aspen Woods is an unbelievable neighbourhood at the very west end of the city of Calgary. Because of its proximity to city limits on the west side of the city, it has phenomenal access to highways that head towards the mountains! Also, because of the shallow nature of the west side of the city, the traveling to downtown Calgary normally takes less than 20 minutes. Lastly, the 69th St SW C-Train station is very close to this property, so access to simple city transit is available if needed.
Getting around
Two car garage available for use; bus stops on the east sidewalk of the complex. Also, 69th St SW train station very nearby for convenient, simple travel around the city. Back roads go right out to the highways that take you to the mountains. Ease of access!
