The Residences in review
This was one of our annual trips to the Grand Luxe Residence Club. The building is beautiful; although it’s in need of maintenance and updating in some areas. We absolutely love this location, the quick transportation via shuttles, the beautiful views from the river to the ocean, to the golf course to Puerto Vallarta, and the amount of space in the 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. There are 4 suites. One is a huge primary with a king,another smaller but still large king suite and lastly 2 more identical suites, each with 2 double beds in each room.
The size unit size works great for 4 couples or a combination of children, teenagers and adults.
The most amazing part is Alberto, aka Luis who is the roof top pool waiter. He’s constantly watches all guests and literally he is by your side as soon as you make eye contact. He’s funny, kind and truly a gift to
the Residences. It’s uncanny but heart warming he can remember faces even when it’s a year or so between visits.
Same time next year, we’ll be back!

La excelencia hecha realidad
Si alguna vez tienes un sueño que crees que no se pueda cumplir, ve a Vidanta Grand Luxxe Residence. Todo lo que necesitas está ahi, no solo comodidades sino lo mas importante el trato de su personal. Al llegar te impresiona el lujo del lugar, pero se te queda en el corazón el trato que recibes. Desde Edgar el encargado de recepción, Kenia y los demás miembros de recepción a Kevin encargado de transporte, Octavio, Daniel e Ivan.Las camaristas. No podría decir quien trató mejor a toda la familia. En el Santuario, en Costa Arena, La cantina, Gong y Havana Club sin olvidar el café del Lago por mencionar la comida tan exquisita. No podríamos agradecer con palabras la semana en Residence y nuestro agradecimiento a quien hizo posible este sueño. Pocos hoteles tienen excelencia en trato, instalaciones y servicios.
