Quite peaceful lovely accommodation
Excellent accommodation. We felt at home immediately. Was so comfortable and we wanted for nothing. Well equipped throughout. Wifi, TV etc all good. Bedrooms and bathrooms superb. Really liked the outdoor decking area and seating, with views over nice pond next to us. Steve our host and his wife Tina were superb. Left us to enjoy our stay, but were there if we needed them. Was a pleasure to meet them. Fab couple.
Location is so quiet and relaxing. Very private. We did nice path walk into Cockermouth just 2 miles away. Supermarkets etc there. Nice quint town with nice independent shops, bars and restaurants. Whitehaven and Maryport seaside towns nice to see and a short car journey away.
In summary, we can't wait to return, and cannot fault anything. The welcome pack much appreciated. Big thanks to Steve and Tina and we will see you again soon. Marcus.
