No shady guys or "enterprises" posing as owners, just the good old North American way of doing business. QUINTA PERA is my refuge, a bright, cozy and sunny 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo located in Ixtapa, a world-class resort. It is just 10 minutes away from the beach and just 2 minutes away from a network of dedicated bike trails (16 km or 10 miles long). It is 20 minutes away from an International airport and only 5 kms (3 miles) away from the beautiful and picturesque fishing town of Zihuatanejo. Quinta Pera displays several windows, AC, roof fans, low consumption light bulbs, WIFI and pool area. It's location on the 1st floor provides nice views of the gardens and the street. Great, clean, quiet, well located and cozy condo in the heart of Ixtapa!
This place was a great find! We escaped the northwest winter (we live in Seattle) to find a well furnished apartment in a nice and well kept residential neighborhood!.
There is a guy in charge 24/7! , he waited for us, verified that everything was in perfect condition and helped us find our location in the map. He was very friendly and helpful.
The owner told us where to go, where not to go, and he even asked his friends, local business owners, to treat us as family"
The condo is located in the heart of Ixtapa! We were able to walk everywhere, no need to drive or public transportation.
In 10 mins we reached the nearest beach! There are several beach clubs where you can sit and get some drinks. If you want you can bring a cooler,,, just remember to collect your trash and don't bring stuff made of glass.
Last but not least, people is really friendly towards americans and canadians! and the place felt really safe.
