A beautiful apartment situated right by the beach, 19 Seaspray is mainly on one level with a mezzanine double bedroom. At ground level there is a twin-bedded room, modern bath with shower over. Decorated in pretty pastels, the lounge/dining room is a cosy open-plan space which also includes a shaker-style fully fitted kitchen with electric hob. The large patio doors lead out onto a spacious balcony, with patio table and comfy chairs for four. Hallway and open-plan living/dining/kitchen area has laminate floor and rugs. Bathroom with shower-over on same level. Twin bedroom carpeted also on same level. Carpeted stairs to mezzanine bedroom which is also carpeted. Small threshold over from French doors onto level balcony. PORTHTOWAN: In 2017 Porthtowan beach won International Blue Flag Award status as well as the Seaside Award Category A . Cycle hire - 1.5 miles / 3 milesGolf - Truro 8 miles, Killiow, 9 miles, Tehidy, 5 milesFishing - Falmouth/HayleSurf hire - in the village of Porthtowan. The apartment is within very easy walking distance of all local amenities. Porthtowan has its own surf-hire, mini-supermarket, fish n' chips, ice-cream parlour, beach cafe, two bars and a hairdressers. There are also stunning coastal walks on your doorstep: one particularly lovely walk is to Chapel Porth (1.5 miles). A picturesque cove with a National Trust cafe and home to famous Wheal Coates tin mine. More

all the stuff there for you to make a cup of tea when you arrive and drink it out side looking at that great beach and water and your dog is welcome to come as well clean and tyde what else can you want bed...More
