Très belle expérience
J'ai passé un très bon séjour lors de cette cure entre soins , yoga et méditation. Très belle introspection.

Un établissement parfait
Une semaine de cure dans cet endroit de rêve m à apporte un grand bien être tant sur le moral que physique Le personnel est tout simplement au top Voir le médecin tous les jours est tout de même exceptionnel, les massages médicinaux sont d une qualité hors norme faits par des thérapeutes qui sont d une douceur et d une gentillesse extrême La cuisine , digne d un quatre étoile au guide de l Ayurveda Francoise traduit au médecin tout ce que nous disons ( si nous ne sommes pas anglophone ) et Prajith est toujours pour les problèmes de logistique Tout est fait pour le bien être des curistes … je suis rentrée avec une forme parfaite et des étoiles plein les yeux Le lieu est tout juste magnifique à 20 m de la mer sur une plage déserte , eau à 30’degres Massages yoga méditation , nourriture saine , un lieu paisible et tout est la pour notre bien être J y retourne l an prochain trois semaines en novembre N hésitez pas , vous aurez un goût de reviens y

Ayurveda treatment
Absolutely fantastic. We stayed 3 weeks and could have stayed longer. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The location is a dream. Treatments are excellent. I lost 7kg in 3 weeks and feel healthier than ever. Thank you

Authentic Ayurveda Centre on a spectacular Beach
The Ayurveda Centre is located close to the city of Trikaripur. When you arrive you are immediately taken aback by the beauty of the endless long, quiet beach. The sunrises and sunsets are simply spectacular. The Centre is very authentic and offers the best treatments that are prescribed by a Dr, one sees every day. The rooms are basic but very comfortable. The focus is 100% on one’s health and well being. The vegetarian meals are very homey and delicious. The entire staff is very caring, friendly and warm. The Centre is managed by Prajith who is an excellent yoga and meditation instructor and Francoise Barrios who is an Aryuveda Dr. Both Francoise and Prajith are very approachable and are always available to answer questions . I was so pleased after my three week retreat that I am planning to return next year.

Pour se faire du bien ...
Un lieu à taille humaine où l'on a une seule intention : vous faire du bien. Quelques bâtiments sur une plage, toute la journée les pieds dans le sable... le bruit de la mer et la tête sous les cocotiers... un vrai air de vacances !!! Sauf qu'en fait on se soigne et on remet à neuf son corps, avec l'aide quotidienne d'un médecin et des masseuses/eurs. On en ressort obligatoirement en forme, physiquement et mentalement ! Merci à toute l'équipe de ce lieu qui m'accueille chaque année depuis sa création, c'est dire comme j'en suis convaincue !
