Enjoy your private pool, or take a few steps onto Grace Bay Beach and walk up to 12 miles of the beach. The island's best snorkeling is at Smith's Reef, right in front of the villa!

Perfection
This Villa is even better than the photos. Private and Quiet - hard to believe it’s part of a duplex. Decor and furnishings are perfect for Carribean living. Master suite has a spectacular view of Grace Bay and Smith’s Reef. Plus you have a beach in your backyard. It just doesn’t get any better!

I can't say enough about this wonderful 2 bedroom villa. Decorated with a modern twist and a perfect location on the island in my opinion. It is right near everything. Located right on the beach with gorgeous views from master bedroom. The second bedroom does not have ocean views but it is lovely and spacious. The rooftop patio was perfect for sunsets at night. We stayed on this villa for a week with another couple and it had everything we needed. COVID restrictions/curfews were in place on the island so little dining was available but that did not hinder our vacation. We went out for take out and dined on the beach at villa and various places around the island. Later in the week the restaurants started opening up more for outside dining. So we did get to enjoy going to Seven Stars, The Palms, Grace bay infinity bar etc. Just fabulous! The villa is beautifully decorated and a short distance to the local grocery story and many restaurants within a short drive. I recommend a car for getting around the island. We rented a jeep and it was perfect when heading out to Malcolm beach on the other side of island to watch the amazing sunset. The road to the beach is extremely bumpy so the jeep was ideal. The trip was worth it as we were told and it was. The management was helpful offering tips and even delivered food the first night for us since the IGA/grocery was closed and we had not ate anything since leaving the United States. The whole week they were quick to answer and solve any issues. The beach in the front of the villas is rocky so you will need water shoes. Once about 6 ft out it is clear. The best snorkeling is right outside your door. I want to come back to Turks and Caicos ! When I do, I would definitely stay at the Sandpiper again. It really is paradise.
