Cottage
Sunshine Corner is a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful beach with the village a 10 minute walk and the world famous Company Shed a 15 minute walk. The cottage is completely self contained with underfloor heating in the conservatory opening onto sun decking and enclosed lawned garden, situated in a quiet area with off road parking. Bike hire is available on request. Beach Hut hire is available locally for your stay. Private entrance with a key safe access.

A really lovely place, we did not want to leave.
Sunshine Corner! A beautiful two bedroom home from home. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, well equip't (although apart from the kettle and fridge, we didn't use the kitchen). It is well situated close to the beach and amenities.

Idyllic West Mersea Island jem.
We have just returned from a fabulous 10 night stay at Sunshine Corner on the beautiful island of West Mersea.
Our hosts Angie and Neil Devonish gave us a lovely warm welcome with lots of thoughtful touches in the apartment and all the guidance and information to make our break a wonderful relaxing experience.
The apartment is a two bed spacious accommodation with private parking on the drive, a generous lounge and conservatory plus a fenced private deck and small garden.
We are a family of four adults and everything was very well equipped, sparkling clean and very comfortable.
West Mersea was as ever delightful with sunny warm days to explore the island. We swam every day hired paddle boards from Mersea water sports and enjoyed our seafood platters from Galley Seafoods a short walk from the accommodation.
We loved our stay the 10 days flew but we know we will return and we will always check Sunshine Corner first to see if this little piece of heaven is available.
