We have actually stayed at this home twice. Once before the hurricane and once after. Both trip were full of wonderful food, great service, endless whale sitings and outstanding accommodations.
The house is expensive but you absolutely get your moneys worth. The rooms are all roomy and comfortable and the chef is wonderful. I have a food allergy and he made sure I had great choices at every meal. The house manager was on top of everything. The property was always gorgeous and well-maintained. Be sure to get a massage or two and pay for the butler service… he is worth every peso.
The road to the property is awful. Just stay on property. If you must venture out, walk to Buzzards… it is hoot! However, he did tell us that few people from CLL come down because the house is just too nice to leave… I agree.
