Good place away from nightlife
Was a very good place. I had a chance to talk to the owner when I first arrived. It's close to SM mall and nearby grocery stores. I was stuck for an extra 2 weeks due to the pandemic and Nigel helped me to stay situated while I worked on my schedule change. Once I was able to go he helped get me to Manila while the lockdown was in action. Will definitely rent through him again.

Nigel is a great host and always very accomodating in providing a wonderful stsy in his place. As always the place is very clean and Nigels place provides all the comforts of home away from home. He always has me coming back to one of his rentals.

About the neighbourhood
The Malabanias area is lovely, private and quiet, with trees, gardens and cleaner air than areas closer to Walking Street and other main roads. The people are nice and will typically say 'hello' or nod in acknowledgement as you approach them when walking. Trikes are available at the apartment gate, and small shops stocked with drinks and food can be found in many locations along Bonifacio street and its surrounding streets. 'Grab' taxi is also available throughout Angeles City via the 'Grab' app.
Getting around
Trikes are available near the apartment entry. Local jeepney transport is available from the main road, a short walk from the apartments. 'Grab' taxi is also available throughout Angeles City via the 'Grab' app. Standard taxis are also available for longer trips as required, but need to be booked in advance. You can also rent a motorbike or car, should you like the freedom to move around more easily.

How to get there
How to get to Bonifacio Street, Malabanias - Coming from Walking Street or Dau, travel along Don Jueco Avenue (i.e. Fields Ave / Perimeter Rd) past Lewis Grand Hotel, turn left at Petron then left again into Malabanias Road. Immediately turn right next to the Horizon Frontier Hotel and travel past one street and the Marquis Hotel, then turn left onto Bonifacio street. The apartment block is a yellow building with a small store on the right about 20 meters along. A trike from Walking Street or SM Clark Mall should be around 100 pesos to the apartment. A trike from Dau or Marquee Mall bus terminal should be approximately 150 pesos to the apartment. A 'Grab' taxi from either bus terminal, Walking Street or SM Clark Mall is also an option, with the price dependent on demand at the time of booking.
