Perfect for touring Snowdonia.Balmoral holiday apartment is a 140 year old recently renovated spacious (100sq.m) two bedroom apartment which was formally part of a Victorian Seaside Hotel. It looks across the Lavan Sands towards Puffin Island and Anglesey. We are less than 100 yards from the beach. We had a sighting earlier this year of a pod of porpoise from the lounge window. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Visit Wales had graded Balmoral as a 4 star accommodation. To protect you and our staff from CoVid 19 Guests must not travel to Balmoral if they have symptoms of CoVid 19 (cough/fever/loss of smell or taste) To facilitate our cleaning check-in is delayed until 4 pm, check out will be by 10 am On departure Beds must be stripped and the bedding put into the green plastic sacks provided.Bins emptied Please open all windows, prior to leaving at 10am, we are trying to protect our cleaning staff leaving one hour of air circulation prior to them starting work.

Great apartment, great location, amazing views!

Myself, partner and 2 friends rented this apartment as a base to explore North Wales. It had everything we needed. The views and location were amazinng. Ged was great and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely planning to return.

Lovely apartment in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is over two floors with one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. Kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher and there is a garden to hang washing out and relax in. The apartment overlooks the sea. In the evenings...More

Paradise

Magical village. Picturesque. Spacious, comfortable apartment. Amazing window views. Beautiful gardens to relax in. Ged and Veronica are the most lovely people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Good location

Right across from the beach, easy to get onto a main road, makes a great base. Owners very friendly and helpful. There are takeaways near by as well as co-op. We used the kitchen and ate in most nights
