A lovely home located in San Antonio district close to Centro. Light, gardens, indoor and out, with all the modern conveniences. Have your morning coffee on the patio off either the upstairs or downstairs bedrooms. Lunch on the downstairs patio adjoining the living room . Suntanning on the 3rd floor roof with beautiful views. Late afternoon snack on the veranda outside on the daybed. For dinner enjoy the indoor garden by the dining area. After dinner relax in the living room turn on the fireplace, read about SMA or turn on the TV. About the neighbourhood
Our house is located in the San Antonio district of San Miguel.
It is about a 15 minute walk to Centro.Not far from the Institute. One of our favorite places to eat Reconcito is right up the block with takeout available. Shopping a tthe supermarket is about a mile away. Next door is a convenience store for Milk, Soft drinks, bread and pastries. There is also a bus stop on the block. As for parking there is usually a spot in front of the house. For longer term parking the gates can be opened and the car could be placed in the courtyard.
If so inclined there is a pool at the hotel on Sterling Dickinso where a nominal day fee allows use of the pool with lunch avaialable.
