* With 9 beds total, Tres Cervezas can accommodate up to 18 people.
* Each of the eight uniquely designed bedrooms offer the finest in comfort, with king or queen-sized beds, quality linens, towels, and bathrobes. , hair dryers, fans and iPod docking stations.
* One of the King suites boasts its own charming loft area housing an additional Queen-sized bed, making it perfect for a family of four.

Simply the best
We had our wedding party stay here for our wedding. Oh my. This place is the best! The rooms, common space, and staff are absolutely amazing. We can’t wait to come back and plan reunions here.

Feels like "living" in San Miguel
A beautiful oasis in the centre of town. Stunning authentic interior spaces, outdoor patios with breathtaking views of the city, all combined with flowers, foliage and art throughout. Steps from everything you might need such as restaurants, bars, churches, markets, banks, bakeries, entertainment, taxis, historical walks, tequila tastings, boutiques, etc. It really feels like you are "living" in San Miguel. The CasaTresCervezas staff were amazing. Warm and genuine, ready to help with anything to customize our experience and make our stay perfect. Family style breakfasts, cocktail parties, fresh guacamole, home made margaritas, traditional Mexican dinners, babysitting, laundry, provisions, taxis, private transportation for airports or sightseeing. Every request was handled perfectly. Thank you Martin, Aidee, Aron, and the whole Casa Tres Cervezas team.

Best place EVER in San Miguel de Allende
The villa was amazing (beautiful rooms, courtyards, views, etc...) and the staff was exceptional. No place I would stay but this place and will definitely be returning to Tres Cervezas soon!

Absolutely Gorgeous Oasis
I had never been to San Miguel de Allende when I booked the Casa Tres Cervezas. Now that I've been 1) I will definitely be back 2) I WILL ONLY stay at this property. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about the home. The pictures really don't do it justice and our group continued to take picture after picture to try to capture the beauty. We went on a girls trip to celebrate a milestone birthday and Jonnathan, Martin, Aide and the rest of the staff took such amazing care of us. We did winery/lavender tour, a spa day, went to fantastic restaurants, and attempted to do a hot air balloon ride (winds did not cooperate). Aide even cooked a delicious meal for us for the birthday meal and Jonnathan arrange for a mariachi band surprise for the birthday girl. The location could not be better - we walked to all the restaurants, shopping and the cathedral. If you are looking for something extra special, this is the perfect place to relax and feel luxurious.

A genuine 5 star compound with endless communal spaces
This is a beautiful home which has been sympathetically renovated to embrace its heritage while adding just the right modern touches. The interiors are beautifully decorated with interesting themes, exquisite linens and colorful touches. There are endless outdoor spaces on various rooftops with stunning views of San Miguel. The breakfast nook off the kitchen with a fireplace was a favorite gathering spot in the morning. I was on a girls trip with 7 other women and we loved this spot. Great location, wonderful chef, friendly/personable and efficient concierge - and beautiful rooms that you wish you had more time to enjoy. We will definitely go back!

Luxury oasis in central SMA
My husband and I just spent 5 days at Casa Tres Cervezas with 5 other couples and it could not have been more perfect! The property itself is drop-dead gorgeous with lovely bedrooms and baths, yoga room and pool, cozy kitchen, indoor sitting spaces and numerous beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. We could all be together when we wanted, and also find a lovely place of our own when we wanted some quiet. And the staff could not have been more kind or helpful. Jonnathan and George made sure everything was all set for us, and Jonnathan had numerous suggestions that really added to our trip and then got them set up for us. Aide’s breakfasts and dinners were amazing, and we were greeted each morning with such friendly smiles. The location is exceptional, as you’re only 2 blocks from the main square, but once you enter the house all is completely quiet. There is not a thing I could suggest to improve this property and how you are welcomed and cared for.
SMA is lovely and there’s so much to see and do - the only risk of staying at CTC is that you won’t want to leave this beautiful oasis!!

Amazing Gem in the Heart of Mexico
#casatrescervezas is an amazing stay, it is very close to everything and the ❤️of Mexico. As you walk around the property you realize you are in another world, but feel you are still right at home. The views from the various patios are breathtaking watching the sunrise and the sunset gives you the sense of romance, clarity, and the feeling of calmness. Although there is many options for food, I highly recommend dinner onsite, the food is amazing! We had the benefit of taking of a cooking class with local flavors and an excellent way to take advantage of the hospitality. #sanmigueldeallende #heartofmexico #livingthedream #mexico

The most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed at
This house is so amazing! The pictures don’t fully describe the beauty of this house. You need to be there to experience it!
The staff is the best, especially the chef 👩🍳 Aide!
The location is also very convenient. 5 min walk from the main plaza El Jardín. Many shops and restaurants around the area.

Best Place in Mexico
I have stayed at Casa Tres Cervezas several times and can’t say how special this place really is. We are fortunate enough to be in a position to stay in many 5 star resorts, from Four Seasons to the Ritz and more. They pale in comparison to the experience that Jonnathan and the rest of the staff create at Casa Tres Cervezas. It’s like you are staying at your own home if it was the most incredible Casa in all of San Miguel. They will curate your entire trip from Sunrise Hot Air Ballon rides, ATV through the jungles, Glass Blowing classes, Metal Shop classes and even Wine Tasting!
This is the best place you can ever take your family or a group of friends. The property is immaculate, clean and just photo perfect. We no longer travel anywhere else in Mexico. Thank you Jonnathan, Aide, Jorge and everyone at Casa Tres Cervezas!

How to get there
We will gladly arrange very dependable transportation to and from the airport in Leon ($115 USD one-way) or Mexico City ($230 USD one-way) with our bi-lingual driver, Julio in a seven-passenger Suburban. This price is per trip, and is for up to 7 people.
If you have a group activity in mind out of town, we will make arrangements with Julio.
Please, take into consideration that it’s a 1 hour and a half drive from the airport, we do not recommend arriving late at night. We can recommend a great hotel near the Leon Airport, and can arrange for our driver, Julio to pick you up there in the morning. It’s a very beautiful drive.
Very early return flights are discouraged, since you need to depart the house at least 3 hours before your departing time.
Please provide your travel itinerary, the names and ages of all incoming guests, and preferred sleeping arrangements to help us prepare the Casa and plan activities for everyone to enjoy.
