House Rental
Located in a quaint little village on the Pacific Coast that is well known for surfing and fishing. This completely gated home features an infinity lap pool, lush gardens, and amazing ocean views. It has a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean & the historic mermaid statue.
It has 3300 square feet of living space and an upper deck looking down miles of shoreline to Quepos. It consists of three bedrooms and four full bathrooms, large living area and kitchen, huge patio and dining area with outdoor speakers, bbq area with a jenn-air grill, spa/jacuzzi tub overlooking the Pacific Ocean, laundry room with washer/dryer, and an infinity lap pool.
Sights from this property include a multitude of birds including hundreds of scarlet macaws, a variety of humming birds, toucans, parrots, tanager...

What an amazing location
My wife and I spent an amazing week at the the "Pink House" in the Mermaid View complex, which consists of three separate homes. The first home (yellow) as you enter the private drive contains a young american couple who have been in Costa Rica for over 5 years. They help manage Mermaid View and are an amazing source of local information and technical assistance. The second home (blue) has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and private pool.
The main structure I'll call the Pink House, and it's pretty amazing. Up on a hill you can see the beach, "the Mermaid" and all the birds that fly by. In the warm climate we really liked the breeze being up on the hill! It was great to stand in the pool, and watch the view and many birds fly by. The home has two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, with a stunning view. On the main floor there is a huge kitchen/family room, another bedroom with attached bathroom and sitting room, laundry room and garage. We ate all our meal on the outside covered deck. The yard and plants are a sculpted work of art. For us, having excellent WiFi was important, and we indeed had an excellent connection, much better than I expected.
An easy walk to the beach provided endless opportunities for beach walks in both directions, each direction having it's own unique topology. When we got hungry, we stopped at one of the beach side open air restaurants and enjoy food and drink. I even tried surfing as the beach draws surfers from all over the world.
If you want an experience you'll never forget, stay at Mermaid View!
