Super nice area and cottage for a weekend getaway with friends! Quite lake, jumping rocks we’re fun! You need ur own boat w a motor otherwise it would be a lot of work to get your stuff and ppl to and fro

This is a rustic secluded clean property that has a well-equipped kitchen, picturesque waterfront, and solid dock to moor a 20 foot boat. We swam every day, as did our dog, kayaked and fished a lot, although the latter was not "incredible". There was plenty of wildlife to enjoy and watercraft activity to observe. The slip assigned at the Marina was suitable for a canoe, but too small for our boat. The water taxi service however was prompt, friendly and cost only $60 round trip.

Great location on an Island on Bob's Lake. Fishing...
Great location on an Island on Bob's Lake. Fishing was great and the fall leaves were awesome the first week of October. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable for four adults. We really enjoyed the fire pit for our nightly campfire. The Host was very responsive and came out to help us after we called him about an issue with the water. We would definitely stay here again.

A Peaceful and Relaxing Getaway
We had a great stay. Very quiet and peaceful at this time of year. Enjoyed watching the birds and taking boat rides around the lake. So many wonderful nooks and crannies to explore on the lake. The cottage was very well equipped and squeaky clean.

Late summer vacation
Liked the rustic cottage feel. Everything we needed was there. Liked the gliding swing at the waterfront. Great fire pit!

Relaxing cottage
We had a great stay at this lovely cottage.
It was clean and well takin care of.
Chris was a lovely gracious host, who clearly takes a lot of pride in the care of this lovely little retreat.
I would definitely recommend and would love to visit it again in the future.

Wonderful getaway
We stayed for 2 weeks with family. Everything was as stated in ad. Clean, very well equipped. Great location on a very large lake. Close to marina and parking. Fire pit was a huge hit with everyone and wood was included. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Chris for the information booklet that detailed the property.

Great Property
Cottage was perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to disconnect and just enjoy the Cottage and lake. Fishing was amazing and lots to explore via boat and kayak. Owner was kind and very responsive.
