Grab a chair at the rooftop pool and catch some rays - or savor an afternoon cocktail as the sun goes down. Guest Access: During your stay, you will have full and exclusive access to the condo. You can also enjoy the building’s rooftop pool. Interaction with Guests: A concierge will be happy to meet you upon arrival. Then, you will have complete privacy during your stay. We are always reachable via phone, text or email. The Neighborhood: The Amalfi building is located on 25th Street and Calle 6. It’s centrally located to all of the best restaurants, bars, and shops of Downtown Playa del Carmen. You can walk to the beach in about 6 minutes. Need to shop? The Quinta Alegria and Calle Corazón malls are just a short walk away. Hungry? Playa del Carmen is well known for having many delicious restaurants. Need to pick up some essentials? Walmart is just 3 minutes away on foot and there are several convenience stores nearby. Getting Around: This condo is easily accessible from Cancun International Airport (about a 40-minute drive), and transfers can be booked either online and at the airport. Or, as soon as you confirm your booking we can help you schedule it and have transportation waiting for you at the airport. If you choose to rent a car, there are many choices for car rentals and you can park your car for free in a designated underground parking space. Downtown Playa del Carmen is extremely walkable, and we recommend getting around on foot to visit the shops, restaurants, and beaches. There’s no need to worry about getting a taxi! Other Things to Note: For short term reservations (2 nights to 3 weeks) electricity usage is included in your rental up to 20 kWh per day. Please use it wisely. For any extraordinary usage, additional charges will apply, payable in cash at the end of your stay or taken from your security deposit. For long terms stays (28 nights and over) electricity is not included. Upon arrival at the condo and during check-in, a picture of the electricity meter will be taken and upon departure at check-out another picture will be taken to verify the consumption during the stay. The guests will then pay accordingly for the usage. Security deposit: You will be asked for a $400 security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks. Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, housekeeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services.
