This beautiful, brand new two bedroom, two bathroom apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. One bedroom has a king size bed, balcony and spa like bathroom. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed up top. It is located on the corner of 5th Ave and 38th street. It's 2 blocks down a cobblestone walkway to the beach and right on 5th Avenue surrounded by all of the best restaurants in Playa del Carmen. I love being on the corner of 5th and 38th! It's quiet at night but you can walk out the front door and get a Starbucks coffee or choose from a ton of Playa's best restaurants with a 5 min walk. We are a very quiet building. There are no parties or loud music allowed and no smoking in the rooms. Those are my only real rules.

If we are home, we are always available in person to help with questions day and night. If we happen to be traveling during the guest's stay, we are available via Flipkey , Email, phone etc.

About the neighbourhood
The building is on the corner of 5th Avenue and Calle 38. 5th Avenue is the heart of Playa del Carmen, filled with shopping, restaurants and live music. Calle 38 is a beautiful and quiet little street leading to the beach that is filled with the some of the best restaurants with a wonderful ambiance. The Shangri-la beach at the end of the street is very quiet and yet only a few steps from Mamitas Beach Club.
Getting around
The great thing about being on 5th Avenue is that it is pedestrian traffic only and everything is very walkable. If you need a taxi there is also a taxi stand right outside the building on Calle 38. We also have secured underground parking if you have your own car or a rental.
