Here you can read a book at your balcony, sunbath, lie on the hammock or make a barbecue (bbq grill and cooler available) at your private roof terrace or go downstairs to the swimming pool. A beautiful beach is also located just some mins. away with the car or scooter. There you will also find the famous 'Money Bar' where you can enjoy Mexican / International food at their palapa / terrace while listening to live music and drinking one of their great cocktails during happy hour. Last but not least, here you can watch the unique sunsets of Cozumel!
Important: Please note that you will need a rental car, scootter or taxi to move around the island and from and to the suite. There is no public transport going to the hotel zone and there are 2 kms where there is no sidewalk, therefore it is not possible to walk to the downtown.

We were told someone was to greet us when we arrived and that did not happen. If a security guard did not help we would not have been able to get in. We were also told a few other things like prone numbers for the greeter and owner would be available during our stay which never happened. The place old and run down not like pictures shown in the internet. Someone washed the bed sheets and used too much bleach causing large holes and tears and they did not replace them. The counter oven had the control knobs broken off so that did not work and the toaster plus the cooking plate would not work. Needless to say it was run down and not kept up.

It could have been nice
We arrived in the pouring rain with no agent for many hours.
The elevator had not worked for many weeks and we were never notified, so we could not access the apartment we rented as at our age we could not climb 4 flights of stairs in general and especially not with baggage to move in and then with groceries every day or two. The whirlpool does not work. There is no convenient walking path to the ocean as the ad says.
They finally moved us into a first floor apartment which was smaller and did not have the same amenities as the one we rented. We were told we could not be compensated for the problems.
The agent was apologetic but all in all not to helpful

Nice little place, Host is awesome!!!
I stayed in Adrian's condo for 3 months recently. It's a nice, clean studio with a small balcony and a rooftop terrace. All amenities are included, the kitchen is well-equipped, flat screen TV with cable channels, and free WiFi. Plenty of closet space with a security safe installed. The bed is King size and comfortable. I can't overstate just how gracious and helpful Adrian was during my stay, occasionally contacting me to check if I needed anything, or had any recommendations to improve the suite, and any concerns were immediately addressed by either Adrian or Beatriz (the suite's on-site host). The building itself is very new, and well laid out with a courtyard and pool, parking is plentiful and included. There elevators at either end of the building, and 24-hour security on the premises. Thanks to Adrian for making my extended stay enjoyable and comfortable!!

Lovely Bachelor Suite With a View!
Brand new, clean and cozy suite with a well appointed kitchenette. Great little balcony for morning coffee, or wine while watching the sunset over the water. Rooftop view for starwatching! Owner is very easy to contact by text and amenable and quick to address any concerns. The gardens and pool are a wonderful place to spend a hot afternoon. To get a taxi to town was easy, just by going to the road. We would definitely return! Thank you, Adrian!

Really nice affordable place
First off the place is really nice. Having access to a rooftop patio, and a kitchenette was really great. The place feels like it's in the middle of the jungle when you're looking out.
Adrian was an awesome person to deal with and really helped make sure we were taken care of and enjoying ourselves.
The only thing to be aware of is you will need to rent a car if you're staying here, taxi'ng everywhere is the only other option.
Awesome place, can cook your own food, affordable, fair owner.
