Directly oceanfront! The new owners of this spectacular condo have spared no expenses in decorating condo 301 with the finest furniture. Condo 301 features one of the best unobstructed and direct ocean front views in the entire building! Located in the south tower, with 2 private oceanfront balconies, you will feel like on a cruise ship with the ocean so closed! Condo 301 is on the third floor of the building with a fantastic crossed breeze and screens throughout the unit. It can be rented as a 1BR 2 BR or BR.
Living room: The living room, dining room and kitchen have direct awesome ocean views. Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto a private ocean front terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful Caribbean sunsets.

Exceptional service & Communication, super comfortable unit, amazing experience!
Ah, there is so much good to say about our experience with Cozumel Seaside Retreats, but one feature made all the others possible, and that was the thoughtful, prompt, professional, and timely attention given to us by Matias. I almost got cold feet taking my family outside the US for the first time, during this summer, of all summers. When I wrote to Matias before our trip with my concerns, he took the time to call me and talk me through my concerns and made clear that he would do all he could to help us should we have problems during our stay.
And I am so thankful that he did! I booked unit 301 because I have 3 kids, and my wife and I planned to cook some of our family meals at the unit. And because this unit looked to have amazing views and plenty of space. The unit did not disappoint - in fact the pictures just barely do it justice!
301 was clean and comfortable - we instantly felt at home! The staff arrived almost immediately after us in order to orient us to the unit and use of the HVAC system. Speaking of the HVAC - the A/C is so powerful that it cools the unit down (301 has 2 HVAC units) within, quite literally, 5 minutes. This is important because all day you can leave the A/C off, open the front door (leaving the security-screen door closed) and open the patio doors and enjoy a breeze right through the unit, then, once ready for bed, can close things up and the unit is comfortable in a very short time.
The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and we made good use of it. The supermarket, the MEGA, is amazing! We stocked the fridge with all the comforts of home, with a Mexican twist of course! Of note, the avocados from the MEGA were insanely good - we had fresh guacamole with every meal at the unit (and it came as a side with pretty much every restaurant meal we had on Cozumel!)
The pool is as nice as it looks in the picture, the diving plank as fun as you would think it is. We had never snorkeled before and were amazed at how many fish and coral were present immediately in front of the Miramar Condominiums!
As to the town of San Miguel and the rest of Cozumel, all's I can say is that we felt very comfortable, safe, and welcome everywhere we went - Punta Sur, Chankanaab, deep sea fishing, the MEGA, etc... Just a great experience!
All in, this place was amazing and I am so excited to return!

Great Condo, great location!
We visited this week with our two teenage sons and loved our trip. The condo was clean, huge, and exactly as represented on trip advisor. The pool was immaculate (they cleaned it daily) and the cliff jump was super fun for the boys. We snorkeled right there too, and it was really good (tropical fish, some urchin, some really neat coral).
The cleaning service came every other day which was nice and they were phenomenal. Matias answered all our questions prior to arrival - overall a great experience. I would go back to same spot!
Literally no negatives. Would be great if a restaurant was on site but there were multiple within walking distance or a very short distance to town. All the food we had was amazing.
Oh - and eat early or cook because the sunsets are awesome!!

Miramar 301 was GORGEOUS
We just got back from 11 days at Miramar 301 and couldn't have had a better time. The view from the condo was incredible and the snorkeling out from was great! Matias was very responsive all the way from booking up to the day we left. The people in the town were nice and accommodating. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a vacation at Miramar 301 in Cozumel. It was FANTASTIC!

Great location top- notch management!
Not the cheapest or ritziest, but the management and lovely staff made it a great stay. We had everything we needed - lots of cooking utensils, new refrigerator and great water pressure for Mexico too! Absolutely spotless clean - and I am fussy! The location is lovely - quieter northern part of the island. We had problems with downstairs heavy smoker on their balcony - meant we couldn't use our balconies or open our sliders - management very quickly fixed it! Best communication I have ever experienced. The other staff were very very sweet as well. This condo has LOTS of space (we only needed two of the three bedrooms) and would have loved to have filled the extra with family, but we were on our own ;-) Just a note about the ocean - we are divers and strong swimmers - you would not really be able to snorkel much (as is the case with most of Cozumel) without the current drifting you quickly. So keep that in mind. It's a quick drive into town but not an impossible walk. Gracias Mattias!

Absolutely perfect
Mira are #301 has everything and more. A beautifully appointed 3 bedroom unit with a balcony at palm tree hight overlooking the blue Caribbean Sea. My husband and I had the second bedroom which had its own bathroom with a very large shower with great water pressure. I liked that the apartment had dual air conditioners so I could control my own temperature which assured a good nights sleep. The unit is spotless, housekeeping service was every second day - and done with a smile. One of the couples took advantage of the Chef coming by to cook a meal for us - a great experience which I also would recommend. The location is perfect, you can jump right into the ocean from the diving board or lounge by the pool. We found a yoga class two building away so usually started our day that way. The walk to town is only 40 minutes or a 75 paeso taxi ride. Without hesitation I would definitely recommend that you come to Miramar #301.

Awesome condo!
We had a great time at Miramar 301. The condo is large. There were 3 couples and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location is great... close enough to walk into town . There were also a couple of beach clubs within walking distance.
The pool was beautiful... overlooking the ocean.
Matias was very helpful with anything we needed.
We loved it here and will definitely be back!

Amazing! So relaxing!
I loved Cozumel and staying in Miramar was a terrific experience. The view is spectacular. We enjoy relaxing days in the pool and the sea. The diving plataform is intimidating at first but once you try it is awesome!
The condo has everything you need! It is stocked very well and the rooms are big and confortables. I’m already missing my first coffee in the balcony!
I totally recommend it! Thanks Isabella and Matias for your help! You are wonderful hosts!

Wonderful trip!
We brought our 4 teenage boys to this beautiful place. We had an amazing time. The condo had everything we needed. Mataes was very helpful, and communicative even prior to our arrival. We arranged a grocery service through him, and upon our arrival had a stocked fridge. Getting around Cozumel by taxi was easy, even with the 6 of us. The snorkeling was wonderful. One of the best vacations I've ever had.
Mataes even provided a list of favorite restaurants. They were fantastic!
We will be back!!

The perfect vacation
We LOVED our stay at this condo. It's even better than the pictures. Very comfortable apartment, very big, clean, everything is new, Joyce was very helpful with everything. We wanted a quiet place to rest and it was just perfect. The pool is amazing and there are stairs to get to the ocean and do snorkel. The sunsets were just in front of us. The best place ever. Would definetely come back. Walking distance from beach clubs to spend the day and taxis are available 24/7.

DIRECTIONS TO THE BUILDING FROM COZUMEL AIRPORT BY RENTAL CAR:Drive straight out of the airport parking lot to the main street (south). You will enter a traffic circle. Take an immediate right onto Avenida Carlos Gonzalez. This is a divided street and you will be heading west, straight to the ocean. The road will end at the ocean after about ½ mile at Avenida Rafael Melgar. Take a right onto Melgar. Follow this street for about 1 1/2 miles or 2.5 km. You will go past the naval barracks on your right and 3 old propeller fighter planes display on your right. The road will curve to the left as you go past the marina and the lighthouse located on your left. The road will then curve to the right again. Go about 1/3 of a mile and we are on the left hand side.
