Chloe Residence is located in the Hotel Zone, the beach is across the street only 40 steps, is the same beach of Hard Rock & Secrets The Vine hotel's.
The Villa is 3660 sq ft, in 2 levels, composed of a living room, dining room, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, (2 are master suites), all with full bathrooms and individual air conditioning.
The condominium offers 24 hour security, 2 pools (one for adults and one for children) tennis & basketball courts and beautiful tropical gardens.
Walking distance you have all what you need to have an excellent vacation; shopping malls (La Isla & Kukulcan Plaza)are only 5 minutes away from home and offer all kind of brand stores; remember that Cancun is a duty free zone so if you are looking for sunglasses, colognes, perfumes or watches, this is the place t...

IMPORTANT: Electricity: can be expensive, so $10.00/daily will be covered by owner. Thereafter, final meter reading will determine your balance, if any. Las Cupulas-Charming stay
Family vacation! 9 of us stayed here ranging from ages 9-57. The location is convenient, although it was a little hard to find the place because our GPS wasn't working. I did take a snap shot of the directions given and this helped. The place is charming with artistic flare. Architecture of the villa is beautiful, European style. You appreciate the ambience of the style. There is a pool on site, beach is steps away. You do have to pay extra for electricity if you utilize the air conditioning units, but the owners, who are very lovely people, will tell you that ahead of time. Restaurants, malls, activities are within minutes. The villa is in a gated community, very safe, in Hotel Zone. Bus can take you anywhere. Do we recommend this place, absolutely, only if you will respect this work of art! Enjoy!

Great Stay! Wonderful Hospitality!
We had a wonderful stay at Daniel’s home! The house was beautiful and spacious. Marianne booked our excursions and travel and was super responsive! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts and a better stay

It was amazing . I liked that the owners Daniel and Marianne went to introduce themselves. They’re really nice people.Their staff Maria , Ricardo , & Noel are super friendly too. The whale beach is across the street. Todo me gusto los dueños te hablan tu idioma si te sientes más a gusto. Maria, Ricardo , & Noel nos estaban esperando con una sonrisa. Todos eres muy amables y atentos . La playa ballenas está cruzando la cuadra. Gracias por tu ayuda Marianne & Daniel . Thanks for your yelp Marianne & Daniel .

Excellent! Loved it.
My friends and I had so much fun and loved the place. The hosts were super friendly and gave us tons of suggestions of things to see and do during our stay. We would definitely return again and stay there. Thank you!

La verdad que con el solo que hay todo el año aca en Cancun las albercas se calientan solas, tal vez te toco esa semana donde bajo bastante la temperatura.

Winter getaway with Friends
We arrived to find the driver we arranged to the pick through Daniel (the owner) and he was waiting for us with a sign. A Personal Concierge was waiting at the house to check us in and this took no time at all. We decided to have a chef prepare dinner for us the first night and it although a bit pricey, it was absolutely delicious (we had the Grill night with Margarita add-on) and we had enough left over for dinner one night later in the week. The house was just as it looked in the pictures. It was perfect for us as we were two couples and there are two master suites upstairs. The house is near the best restaurant in the Hotel Zone, 2 blocks walking distance. The house is in a safe and residential neighborhood with 24 hours security staff. We felt perfectly safe. Marie and Beto did an outstanding job keeping the house and the grounds up and Maria even did our laundry up for us a couple of times. She could have cooked for us as well, but we usually had our breakfast before she arrived. She did a great job cleaning up though! We also booked a couple of excursions through the Personal Concierge with excellent prices and special promotions, Daniel is the owner of a travel agency as well and the attention was perfect. We did a sunset cruise with a snorkel add-on and a trip to the Love Lagoon. Both were excellent and it was nice that they were private. We would absolutely stay in this house again! RB

We all had a blast!
We rented the property last month for our family vacation. The property is in a gated community, quite and clean.The house is very nice and was able to accommodate our big group. The location is great, accessible via public transportation and taxi. The beach is just across the street from the house. Vendors for various tours and activities are just around the corner and nightlife is few minutes away. Daniel, the owner is very helpful, accommodating and easy to deal with. He always responds to my inquiry quickly. His staff, Maria and Ismael were fantastic!

Great place, large comfy home - strongly recommend!
Pros:
Great location, easy beach access (see picture) close to shops, next to the Hardrock Hotel, comfy, large home. Good pool. Beware this is a residential community so there was a noise complaint when we played music by the pool in the middle of the day. However, the owner, Daniel, quickly took care of the complaint and assured us we were okay to play music during the day time and we continued our pool day comfortably. There is security on site 24 hours and this is a gated community. Natalia also provides great options for excursions/tours. You may want to talk to her before booking things independently (like I did).
My only complaint (which is really just a suggestion to the host) is that a lot of the faucets weren't working properly and not following the standard - left turn open, right turn closed. Water did come out but kind of sprayed everywhere. Also, when people showered downstairs the showers upstairs would lower in pressure significantly. I've traveled to a lot of places in Mexico and plumbing issues are very common. It didn't bother our group too much, we were still very happy with our stay. A little attention to details like this could go a long way.
Overall very satisfied and would rent again! Strongly recommend.

Located within walking distance to shopping malls (La Isla & Kukulcan Plaza) night clubs, restaurants, marinas, supermarket, running track, bus stop, and taxis.
Pirate Ships, Dolphins, Shopping: Pirate Ship departure Dock is only 2 miles away. Swimming with dolphins is located just 10 minutes away. Shopping is all around you. At the Hotel zone the beautiful Plaza Caracol, Plaza Kukulkan and La Isla shopping mall are only 5 minutes away from home and offer all kind of brand stores; remember that Cancun is a duty free zone so if you are looking for sunglasses, colognes, perfumes or watches, this is the place to get a bargain. You can also head downtown and visit Plaza Las Americas (mall) or for a local taste Mercado 28, a local market with a lot of handcrafts.
Water Ski: Jet skis, Banana Boats, Paragliding and virtually every other water sport is within 5 minutes walking distance in front of the house. Just walk down the beach to the left and you will find the vendors right there waiting to strap you on and take you for an unforgettable ride. SCUBA and snorkeling are also great attractions and there are tours going out every day within minutes of home.
Golf: There are 3 wonderful golf courses close to the house, only 3 mile to the Cancun Golf Club Pok-Ta-Pok, about 1 mile is the Iberostar Cancun Golf Club and 15 miles away, Playa Mujeres Golf Club.
