We were invited to a 50th surprise birthday party at this beautiful Villa. There were 8 of us. Each room had its own bathroom. The food, the drinks and this location were amazing. The staff was very accommodating and Andreas, the host, made everything seamless. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were served at the villa and the food was fresh and delicious. The beach was just steps from the villa so perfect to enjoy your morning coffee with the sounds of the ocean. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and can only recommend this for a location to celebrate any occasion or for a stay with a group of friends, it is perfect.

The Villa is incredible, it has it's own pool, it's ON the beautiful beach and away from any crowds. It's suitable for groups or the whole family as it's super spacious and every bedroom has it's own private bathroom. We were a party of 8 celebrating a 50th birthday and could not have asked for more - Andreas is the perfect host, he's so friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He's an asset to the villa and it wouldn't have been the same without him there to cater to any requests. The food was amazing, plentiful and delicious and our waiter was always on hand and making us laugh! He was a delight. Andreas organised a boat trip for us on the birthday day, a birthday cake, pinata and a mariachi band! Everything far exceeded our expectations in every way and would highly recommend staying at the villa for any occasion. Stayed at Villa Albatros with a group of friends for a 50th birthday in January 2023. It really was the perfect holiday. Andreas made sure all our needs were catered for. We felt safe and very well looked after. Sebastian the chef was great; every meal he prepared was delicious. The other Villa staff were super friendly and efficient; there was coffee waiting every morning, the place was kept super clean and tidy, and our beds made/rooms tidied every day. Massages were arranged by Andreas with a lady called Rosie, which we highly recommend. Also a beauty lady called Jackie attended for mani/pedi’s etc. The beach just outside the garden gate is very peaceful. The pool is also very nice. We had fresh towels provided every day. All in all I would one million per cent return to Villa Albatros. THANK YOU ANDREAS and the rest of the staff. You made our holiday (and the birthday) unforgettable. Steve.

We booked Villa Albatros for my wife’s 50th birthday party in February. The property is spectacular for hosting a group with plenty of space and premium accommodations. The location is close to the hotel zone and very convenient. I highly recommend booking the chef for outstanding meals. Andreas, the villa manager, was super responsive and took care of every request big and small. On short notice, he helped us arrange a DJ that exceeded our expectations. The villa staff kept the property clean, safe, and welcoming to guests. We had the best weekend – thanks to everyone at Villa Alatros. I highly recommend this property.

Villa Albatros was perfect for our birthday vacation. It was beautiful and very clean. The view is stunning with the most electric aqua colored water we have ever seen. The beach is semi-private and the sand is a super fine white. The house is on a quiet street, but the house itself was very quiet and comfortable, even with a group. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space is well designed for a group to spread out into private areas or be together for a party. We dined outdoors for every meal at a huge glass table, so comfortable, we could be there for hours. Best of all was the service. Mari & Jorge family were gracious and very attentive. They kept the house clean, made breakfast, and were just there for any need. A bar tender on hand was wonderful and Andres watched the house all night. Nobody would mess with this gentle giant. Chef Sebastian was absolutely amazing. We opted for the full time (8hrs a day) chef and went with his suggested menu options and every meal was wonderful. Best meals we have ever had in Mexico! Most importantly, was Andreas. As house manager, Andreas was always available to help and make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed “close to home” so they did all of the shopping for food, drinks and anything else we needed. He even went above and beyond with birthday decorations and helping to organize party details. Andreas is the perfect host. He is kind and extremely helpful, and just takes care of everything with apparent ease. Don’t wonder if the photos represent the house accurately. The house is everything as described if not better.

The Villa and location are amazing! The pool and beach are both spectacular. We opted for the complete food service which each meal out did the previous. The chef and staff attended to our every need. Andreas, was always available and seemed to be one step ahead of us with any of our requests. We have traveled to Cancun this time of year for the past 10 years usually staying at the top resort in Cancun. Due to COVID, we chose the Villa rental. We have already booked the Villa for next year!

Villa Albatros is a rare treat that surpassed our expectations. The person who manages the house is really an executive concierge who responds to inquiries within minutes. Andreas speaks fluent English, Spanish and German (maybe other languages?), and is kind, courteous, intelligent, and attentive. We opted for the full service package which included a chef, menu planning and all groceries purchased for us! The food service covers an 8 hour span each day and you can choose the hours you want to be covered. In addition to fabulous lunches and dinners, we had beautiful snacks, including fresh made guacamole and salsas daily. The full package also includes a waiter who prepares drinks, serves snacks and meals and clears. The house also comes with a lovely couple who keep the place immaculately clean, take care of the grounds, assist with baggage and move beach chairs to the sand and back whenever guests desire. There is also an alert night watchman who circulates around the property ensuring safety from 8 at night to 8 in the morning. We never felt at risk at all. We were a family group of 12 with young children so we didn't ever leave the property and beach to go on excursions, but if we had desired to do so, Andreas would have arranged transportation and options such as jet skis or catamaran and snorkeling trips. We can't say enough about the quality of friendly care we received from the entire staff. The meals we had were worthy of a 5 star restaurant. The chef accommodated special dietary needs and Andreas worked with me and with the chef to plan incredible menus. Dining is all outdoors on the patio at a gorgeous glass table next to the pool. They provide sand toys and pool toys. The children in our group were continuously happy. The views over the turquoise ocean water are gorgeous from every window. The property has 3 bedrooms in the main house (the master bedroom, bathroom suite and dressing room on the top level is amazing!), 2 adjoining bedrooms in a separate building next to the main house, and a 6th bedroom in its own apartment on the other side of the main house. The configuration allows people to spread out with plenty of privacy. Be aware that you'll want to bring monitors for babies and toddlers since bedrooms are spread out. The living room and dining room inside are quite breathtaking and spacious. They provide a cool retreat if the day gets warm. The house sits on a secluded private road with a guard station at its entry. The nearest hotel was about a 15 minute walk down the beach. The beach has soft white sand and gentle waves suitable for children. Beaches are public in Cancun, but during the week it was very quiet with little activity. The weekend was more active. We sent a list to Andreas for groceries to pre-stock the house and we agreed on the dinner menu for the first night in advance. There is a Costco about 20 minutes drive away from the house where we requested to do an initial shopping for our week stay. Andreas arranged for a van and driver and accompanied us. After that he took care of all our shopping needs, always checking with us daily for any requests. I recommend paying to have the full service plan he offers because it allows everyone to be free from care. For us this was $320 per day plus the cost of the groceries. This needs to be paid in cash, as well as most of the transportation services, and the security deposit needs to be in cash, as stipulated in the contract, so be prepared to bring lots of cash. The good news is you don't need to rent a car because Andreas will arrange airport transportation and any rides you need while there. The whole experience is luxurious and you'll never want to leave.

We stayed at Vill Albatros in January of this year and had had a wonderful experience! Ten of our best friends and us decided to stay at Villa Albatros and it was one of the best decisions we ever made, the house looks better then in the pictures, the ocean views are breathtaking, the bedrooms are comfortable and private with beautiful ocean views and balconies. The staff worked around the clock to make sure that we had all and more of everything that we needed always with a smile, the food was just perfectly fresh and delicious. The villa arranged our transportation to and from the airport as well as all our extra curricular activities while in the cancun area. The property is located in the hotel zone we felt safe and private at all times as the street has its own private security gate and the area is extremely safe. We choose Villa Albatros not only for its beauty and location but because they arrange anything and everything you need through out your stay so we had nothing to worry about from the minute we arrived till the minute we left. This Beach Villa is breathtaking, The online photos do not began to describe how beautiful this property is. The staff, chef and host are an amazing bonus to such a beautiful property, and provided us with excellent service and improved our experience 10-fold. We will be returning next year.

I came for a Bachelorette Party for a quick four day weekend and had the most amazing time. The house is stunning and is so spacious which was great for a big group of 13. The backyard is a perfect oasis for a vacation and right on the ocean. The location was awesome if you want to venture into Cancun, it was also just a short cab ride to downtown Cancun which the staff arranged for us. All the staff were also top notch and we always felt so well taken care of by them. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a luxury stay. Can't say enough good things.
