Very disappointed with the resorts response for our own day trip. We organized a shuttle and driver for the day.
The resort made it very difficult to get to the shuttle - making us walk along a road to get to the gate. They also delayed our departure by directing us to the wrong pick up place. My husband speaks Spanish so it wasn’t a language issue.
The resort controls all excursions making them very expensive and creating a very challenging environment if you want to organize something yourself.
