New built and with luxury furnishing, fully equipped beautiful house, featuring 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom upstairs plus 1 sleepcouch (movieroom) + bathroom downstairs. A/C in all areas. The kitchen, a master piece for cooking, provides everything a Chef could wish for, nicely designed and practical (no surprise-since the owner is a renown chef). Spacious dining and living room area, where you can enjoy delicious meals and spend relaxing time on the couch. The Jacuzzi in the backyard makes this property the perfect place to be for your long-term vacation. The extravagant art and decoration in the 180m2 round the atmosphere up. We´re seeking 6 to 8 months lease! Lots of activities to reach in walking distance: 5 minutes to organic grocery store, 2 to Casa del waffle, 10 to pharmacies, restauran...
