Great Trip
We loved our time at this resort
Jesus Ortez went out of his way to remember us, check on us and offer to give us a city tour
He was caring and kind and knowledgeable about the resort and the city
The customer service at this resort was a class act
Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay great !
Felipe at the bistro pool was our favorite. Rarely did we ever run out of a drink in our hand

Outstanding
We have been owners at Emerald Bay for over 16 years and we still look forward every year to our two week stay. In particular the adult pool staff. Jose( Chicho) always remembers us despite the hundreds of people he serves every year. He makes our visit very pleasant and satisfying. Keep up the good work Chicho!!! Buena Suerte.

The setting is perfect.Location, facilities, service all are impressive
A perfect beach front location. the beach is "private" for the resort , sandy for long walks or sunning as well enjoying the ocean. The facilities are beautifully maintained and landscaping is impressive. Several pools give options for your preference. The activity program has variety and quality. There are 3 restaurants on site and well as excellent pool bars with small meals for lunch and snacks. The gym and spa are first class as is the trainer who is there 6 days a week with a full program of activities and the option for private sessions at reasonable rates.
Transportation into the more central shopping leaves on the hour with return on the half hour. Golf carts provide on site convenience when needed.
Kellys Bar has special decor, great music, sunset views as well as late night socializing. Most of the staff speak excellent english are very helpful and pleasant. We have stayed there many times, have found the quality consistently high

Our Favorite Place in Mexico!
Staying at Emerald Bay and being able to enjoy the other PB in Mazatlan is the BEST YET. Having Rafael playing the Kelly's Bar is again the BEST YET! He is fabulous as well as the waiters in Kelly's Bar. Be sure to advance order a Captains Seafood Feast to enjoy while listening to Rafael.....it stays HOT while you are dancing from the lava boat. Awesome way to end your perfect day in the Sun! We love all the Restaurants and the service at the Bistrol Pool Rest. was better than ever (much faster than previous years). Angelo's is the Ultimate as well as Casa 46 at the Plaza. We sure missed sunset dinners at Cilantro's however we know the renovated restaurant will offer more seating all with wonderful views of Mazatlan's Amazing Sunsets. Everywhere and everyone there make us feel like we are "at home" away from home with top notch service. The grounds are lovely and calming. Taking a walk around the property is so relaxing while exercising. The Spa and gym are the BEST YET. Do take the City Tour with Eduardo every time you go! He is so funny and informative. We learn more each year plus get hugs from this happy man. The only problem we encountered was trying to get our friends suite close to our suite, even though i called ahead many times. It eventually was worked out as the front desk and manager finally made this happen. So if you take a group -- you might need to be okay not being together in rooms with a view.

Wonderful place away from the same old same old.
Really enjoying our stay here, the place is immaculate and it seems there is a place for everyone to chill. A bit off the beaten path, it is a quiet gem that has its clients as it’s first priority. The welcoming staff are attentive and friendly, we stop to chat with them when they are not busy with others and they really have a great attitude. Our room has a small food prep area which is convenient for prepping fruits and veggies, something we love here. A bit dated but this is not an issue, it’s clean and it’s comfortable compared to other places we have stayed in Mazatlan, we really love the private balcony for quiet time reading. There is a free shuttle to get us into town and we have enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants, about a 30 minute walk. An interesting place that we have really enjoyed, will be back for sure!

Amazing Stay as Always
From the start of booking the room it is always great working with Dave. It makes it easy and no stress. The place at PBEB is unreal. The grounds are amazing. The staff is always so helpful and they have pools in all areas depending on how quiet you want it. We will be going back again next year at this same time.

Relaxing week!!
Our stay at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay was terrific. We had a wonderful wait staff who kept the ground well manicured. We had wonderful service at every pool we visited and the other vacationers were pleasant and have been vacationing here many years. I know when people return multiple times to a place that speaks volumes to the enjoyment they experience and we did the same. See you next year!!!

love this place...
We are owners here and we try to visit once a year if possible. Nice rooms, pools, grounds, friendly staff and amenities. I also like the location, outside of town - especially since they have a shuttle between the two PB locations. If you like 'all-inclusive', that is also available now.
