House Rental
My place is close to Ocean and Real Del Mar Golf Course. Also close to Rosarito downtown. The ocean views can be appreciated through the wall size windows offering spectacular views. The place is furnished by designer with taste for modern style yet comfy. The beds are comfy and the community is quiet and serene. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
We have the best Wi-Fi signal and signal for mobile phone throughout the area, also has video surveillance service 24 hours a day.

No good
The Units need maintenance and reparations. They are not in good shape. Bad odors in stairway. The pool and beach are far away.

Penthouse
The firsf thing that we felt was misleading is that the description says it's in the heart of Rosarito to me that meant close to the strip it's actually about 20 minutes away going back toward tijuana..the place is beautiful once you make it in there.. to get to the unit there is a steep hallway that goes down without steps so ladies don't wear skinny heels you can easily fall .. Also there was five of us and after 3 showers their was no more hot water for the rest of our crew. The pool is abou seven blocks away so we chose to drive there it's not horriboenbut it was clean ..the houses around the pool don't really help with the aesthetics so just look toward the ocean and you can get some nice pics
Overall we felt it was a little misleading. I would recommend they have a coffee maker and an iron would be helpful..aside from the location and a little inconveniences it was a beautiful condo

no direct beach access (a mile away)
no coffee maker
not clean

steep narrow ramp-like "stairway" to get to unit
must exchange government ID for HOA parking pass for duration of stay

Really nice, but disappointed
The house is gorgeous. It was dirty from the fridge to the restrooms. Was disappointed we had a water limit. And was not advised until the day of our booking day.

Beautiful place overlooking the ocean.
We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back. We loved relaxing to the sounds of the ocean in this quiet beach town.

Close to excellent
The only reason I didn't rate it as excellent was the accessibility to the main door. We had to walk down a deep ramp that almost looked like a tunnel. Having my mom with me who is 70 years old with two knee replacement was a challenge for her to walk down.
