Wow. Just Wow! What an amazing place. Amazing luxurious accommodation. Amazing views. Amazing hosts. Faultless!. We stayed as a group for a family members 50th Birthday and would recommend to anyone. We will be sad to leave and will certainly be returning.

Excellent accommodation. Spotlessly clean and caters for 12 people easily. Beautiful location and within walking distance to village.

All and final payment must be made 8 weeks prior to commencements of the holiday again this is non refundable unless we are able to re let the property, any cost incurred will be deducted from the money repaid. We suggest you have travel insurance to cover any of these issues. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks to the start of the holiday then full payment is required. The currency is GBP.

The price given includes all heating and electricity. A free basket of logs is supplied with each fire, further logs can be purchased if required.
Weekend nightly rate is from Friday to Monday inclusive. Week day nightly prices are from Monday to Friday inclusive. If you are unsure please contact us for a quote.

We are approximately 25min drive to the spectacular Lake Vyrnwy which lies south of the Snowdonia national park. It has a stone built dam constructed in 1880’s and is the first of its kind in the world. The small village of Llawddyn was flooded to create the Lake. There is a nature reserve that is of special scientific interest and a special protection area.
The RSPB has hides around the lake where rare species of bird such as the Siskin, Wood warbler, Redstart, Pied flycatcher and the Peregrine falcon are known to breeding.
