petite maison indépendante au cœur d une ancienne abbaye cistercienne. Accès à tout le site, réfectoire, cloitre, église et jardin. Situé à 25 min de Carcassonne et sa cité, à 5 min de Montolieu, village du livre, à 45 min de Toulouse, canal du midi à 15 min également. très central mais nichée dans un vallon en retrait de tout comme toute abbaye cistercienne. Ancienne maison du régisseur agricole, réaménage, petite cour privative dans un espace non ouvert aux visiteurs de l abbaye

l abbaye est ouverte a la visite, le gite se trouve en zone privative. des évènements peuvent être organisé ( mariage, comité d entreprise) la location de ces journées seront offerte. Possibilité d organiser des évènements, 2 salle s de réception, le réfectoire des moines et le bâtiment des freres convers peuvent être loué, capacité 150 personne chacune environ.
