By Car:
from Dublin, follow the N5 for Westport, arriving at Castlebar take the N84 and continue forward to Partry here take the R330 signposted to Westport, then bear left onto the R300 signposted to Thuar Mhic Éadaigh (Tourmakeady.) It takes about 3½ hours to drive from Dublin to Tourmakeady. from Galway, follow the N84 for Castlebar, at Partry, take the R330 signposted to Westport and then bear left onto the R300 signposted to Thuar Mhic Éadaigh (Tourmakeady.) It takes just over an hour to drive from Galway City to Tourmakeady. from Sligo, follow the N17 and then the N5 for Castlebar arriving at Castlebar take the N84 for Ballinrobe, continue forward then at Partry take the R330 signposted to Westport and then bear left onto the R300 signposted to Thuar Mhic Éadaigh (Tourmakeady.) It takes about an hour and a half to drive from Sligo town to Thuar Mhic Éadaigh.
