The spacious layout includes: Master bedroom #1 features a King Bed & Daybed with Trundle with bathroom in room, Bedroom # 2 features 2 Queen beds; Bedroom # 3 features 1 Queen Bed; Bedroom #4 features 2 Twin Beds with trundle, and the loft area has a 2 Twin Beds with trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room as well. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TV's. There are porches on all 3 levels with walk out french doors from all bedrooms equipped with relaxing seating for your group. . You will feel right at home in the spacious living room designed with a modern coastal feel and adjoining dining room/kitchen. The first floor outdoor patio area includes a gas grill and spacious area to relax. There are porches on the 2nd and 3rd floor as well. The home is equipped with washer & dryer for guest use. . The Lazy Marlin Beach House has many amenities for guests of the Emerald Shores community including 2 heated pools, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffle board, seasonal golf cart tram service , bike rental onsite, private beach & beach pavilion with private bathrooms, and a private beach cabana bar to refresh during a long beach day. .
