It is important to us that you enjoy your stay and we are happy to answer any questions via email prior to your arrival. Our hostess Anne will come and welcome you at the early part of your stay just to make sure you are comfortable, and will be able to be contacted should you need any assistance. Please save her number to your phone and contact her also with your estimated arrival time as she will come to greet on you the day of your arrival. It is important for us to know you are happy and settled in the accommodation. Otherwise, you will have complete privacy to enjoy your holiday.

Booked on behalf of a swimming club from Beijing, who were in Scotland for 10 days on a training camp. Excellent facilities and a beautiful location. About the neighbourhood
The area of Letham grange is beautiful. It is set in many acres with trees and woodland in around two golf courses there. There are a selection of houses interwoven between the grounds and ours is one of the most exclusive as it sits on an elevated plot, with 360 degree views. It's nature heaven on your door step, where everything is kept in great condition also. You can walk throughout the grounds or take the neighbouring nature trail into Arbroath.
Arbroath itself offers a great day's entertainment at the sea front with many outdoor activities, a soft play area and then a cinema. You can park there and either walk along to the picturesque harbour and see the fishermen bring in their lobsters, or walk the opposite direction too
Getting around
Driving is necessary to be able to explore the area and make the most of your stay. There are train links from Arbroath to Aberdeen in the North or to Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh in the south.
The closest airport is Dundee which has daily flights to London. Car hire can be arranged in Dundee. The largest airport is Edinburgh and car hire can again be arranged from the airport.

How to get there
Our closest town is Arbroath which is on the East coast of Scotland, in the Tayside region.
Travelling from Dundee, head towards Arbroath.
Reaching McDonald's, at the beginning of Arbroath, take a left turn. Travel straight up this road until you reach the t junction and turn left here.
Travel towards the traffic lights and take the last left turn.
Travel straight on for around two miles and pass Colliston inn. Drive on until you see the church on the right side. Turn right here. Travel down this long road to the bottom then turn right. Travel approx 300 m onwards and take the small road on the left taking you into Letham grange.
Drive down this tree lined driveway. Turning left at the big house and head towards the Peebles direct
