Dream Cottage
The location of the cottage is easily accessible even though down a track. It's peaceful, quaint with streams tumbling down the hillside. The cottage is fully equipped, no need to take anything and lots of thoughtful gestures to make your stay more pleasurable. Easy access to walks straight from the cottage and quite central to visit the surrounding area. Great little spar shop nearby for logs and essentials.

We could not ask for more. Clean, comfortable. Home from home
Excellent location, remote yet convenient to visit all attractions thisart of Wales have to offer. In our case it was National Eisteddfod of Wales week which we really enjoyed. Would be happy to recommend this cottage to others.

A tranquil and well appointed cottage
We had a delightful stay at Dolmurgoch, the Cottage was well appointed and perfect for our family. The children loved the space to explore, walking down to the river through the tunnel and the fields around the cottage. We could have spent the whole week exploring the beautiful Lledr valley as there was lots to do with excellent transport links, meaning that on some days there was no need to drive. The peace and quiet and nature all around made for a relaxing base to explore Snowdonia at our own pace. Thanks to Brendan and Eira for making us feel so welcome.

Beautiful cottage and surroundings
My partner and I stayed here last week for our birthdays and I have to say it's a beautiful place and a great find. A short walk from the train station too which was handy as neither of us drive. Beautiful walks in the surrounding hills too. The cottage itself is perfect, just like the pictures, we are so glad we found this little gem. Bernard and Eira were so helpful and helped us even find transport which was appreciated so much, they really went out their way to help us. We didn't want to leave, could have happily stayed there forever and we hope to return soon for another stay in this perfect secluded beautiful place. I can't rate this highly enough and would recommend it to everyone. If you love beautiful scenery and peaceful places with plenty of walks then this is the place to stay.

Wonderful cottage in perfect location
We loved our week at this cosy little cottage which had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for preparing your own meals or if you’re like us & want a break from cooking then Betws Y Coed which is only 5 mins away by car has numerous places to eat. Our favourite being the Ty Gwyn Hotel at which we ate 3 times, it was that good. We spent a lot of time walking or cycling & it was so nice to come back to this home from home at the end of the day to relax & enjoy a glass of wine. Will definitely be returning .

Stunning
Having practically searched the whole of North Wales for a cottage, I decided to book Dolmurgoch. I've got to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Stunning place, everything you could wish for was here, from beautiful walks straight from the front door, to simply just relaxing and taking in the sheer tranquillity of the place. There was even a near by train station "Pont-y-pant which we picked up one day and had a lovely day out in Llandudno. We were lucky enough to have some really nice weather, so we took full advantage of the excellent kitchen facilities and enjoyed eating out on the decking area most nights. We are already looking to return in the not too distant future. On behalf of myself, my wife and two children, we would like to thank Bernard and Eira For making our holiday so special.

Fabulous Holiday
We stayed at this wonderful cottage over the Easter week. We arrived to a beautiful cottage with a lovely welcome pack, which was a lovely touch. The cottage had everything we need to allow us to enjoy a wonderful week. We are keen cooks, so we were really pleased that the cottage had all of the items we needed to make some lovely meals. The area that this cottage is located is MAGICAL! I felt like I was in a fairy glen, with waterfalls and lime green moss covered trees surrounding the house - it was simply lovely! There was so much to do and we ventured out every day, rain or shine! I will definitely be back to this wonderful home and thank the owners for allowing us to stay at their amazing cottage.

Thank you Caroline for a lovely review. I have to agree "the area that this cottage is located is MAGICAL! I felt like I was in a fairy glen, with waterfalls and lime green moss covered trees surrounding the house - it was simply lovely!" That was why we bought the cottage and that's the way we are trying to keep it. Thanks again. Bernard and Eira Wyn

Perfect.
Had a wonderful stay at Dolmurgoch cottage, beautifully presented warm and welcoming, there were even supplies for us when we arrived, juice, milk, bread etc. We found it easily and it was such an ideal spot from which to explore the mountains. I wish I could have stayed for longer!

Family fun holiday
We had our family holiday for 7 days at the cottage. The cottage was lovely had nearly everything you could need.We had a lovely card left for us and milk, butter, bread, tea bags, juice and a bottle of wine what a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy and the living room very light and bright. We had dinner out on the table and chairs on the decking. One thing we couldn't do was to get to the river on the path from the cottage the tunnle was flooded, which was a shame becaues I was really looking forward to that. The weather wasn't like Aug but rained alot.We had one very sunny day so we went for a visted to the fairy Glen, its 50p person and £1 per car.We also went Castle hunting, had a rib boat ride and also one day we just chilled and read books. We had 2 sheep come to say hello. There are walks from the cottage but there wasn't time to go and walk them.We loved it at the cottage it was down a small quite lane could hear the sheep bleeting and streams flowing. Was so sad to leave but would love to go back but to go for longer.

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Dolmurgoch. I am just sorry that the tunnel to the lower field was flooded. I am afraid it is in the hands of network Rail to fix the problem, and I will be chasing them up asap.
