A large four bedroom cottage, sleeps eight. The Golden Plover is a wonderful historical house and has recently achieved a 4 star Visit Wales grade. It is steeped In history, built by The Earl of Cawdor as 'Warren Agricultural School for the local children. Once the home of the artist Arthur & Bim Giardelli, it has been lovingly renovated, retaining all its original charm by the owners, Shaun and Mandy, who live in the attached annex and have opened their own art gallery displaying the owners locally inspired works. Pet friendly holiday home - 2 well behaved dogs at no extra cost. Choose the spacious family lounge with a 52' television for chillier evenings, the snug with its wood burning stove. Lovely spacious home near beautiful beaches

Fabulous views, great location, comfortable stay

haven for surfers and we are lucky enough to have the Welsh Surfing Championships held here, they are drawn to the area by the big Atlantic rollers. In the main season there are lifeguards patrolling the beach. The Shell House in Harry Potters Deathly Hallows was built on Freshwater West Beach and was also used for the filming of Robin Hood starring Russell Crowe. Barafundle Bay - This beautiful little beach can be found between Stackpole and Freshwater East. Broad Haven South - This is a very safe beach for swimming. Offshore is a dramatically-shaped limestone stack known as Church Rock. Access to this beach is via a pleasant walk through the famous Lily Ponds or for a less energetic alternative, Pembrokeshire is famous for its parks and we are not just talking about the Pembrokesh...
