Hear and see the ocean in this beautiful, newly remodeled 1500 Sq. Ft, two bedroom beach front home features an open floor plan enabling you to interact with others easily. It has free stateside calls, central air, three sitting areas, all new kitchen appliances, bottled water quality water through an iSpring 5 Stage water purifier, new furniture, an updated en-suite master bathroom as well as a completely remodeled common bathroom & shower. Both have walk in tile showers with seats. The master bedroom is ocean front enabling guests to have incredible sunsets and sunrises with its own French door entrance to the large ocean side deck. The master also has a 42' flat screen HDTV, and a walk-in closet . Three seating areas in addition to the dining area provide ample room for games, TV or chatting. the living room has a 49' HDTV with entertainment system. The house sleeps up to 6 when using the queen size hide-a-bed located in the sunroom. Included in each house are several games, paperbacks, free stateside phone to make and receive calls from home and a local cell phone. You can also experience a local game using the local soldier crabs or 'hermit crabs' in a circle and seeing whose wins the race to the food in the center. Whenever we are there my daughter takes a little leftover food out each evening and they have come to expect it and show up for 'dinner'. They range in size from baseball size hermits to tip of your pinky sized ones. An adjacent cottage (Ocean Retreat) is also available for rent. (Property 4016748) Inquire for rates that include both houses. It sleeps up to four when using the living room hide-a-bed. The cottage has been completely remodeled with gorgeous vanilla cabinetry and quartz countertop. All new appliances, as well as furniture. This gem features its own front porch as well as an oceanfront, side patio with a double lounger perfect for romantic evenings. There is a shared full sized laundry on the property. The house and cottage are located just 90 feet from the ocean with 85' of shoreline. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are a must! There are several good snorkeling areas just off the shoreline boasting an abundance of vegetation, reefs and marine life. A short five minute drive to the dive shops and shopping. Initial food supplies can be purchased and placed in house for your convenience if you desire. Just submit a list and reimbursement can be made when you arrive.
