The bathroom is also on the ground floor accessed by a step from the lounge making the cottage suitable for the less able, the bathroom has a shower over a deep bath to relax away those post hike, bike, surf or just because your away from it all and time to soak. The newly modernised Kitchen in keeping with the age of the Cottage creates an atmosphere especially from the little window where you peep out and enjoy the views of the mountains, beautiful sunsets are to be held. The bedroom upstairs continues in harmony with the Cottage and is sumptuously furnished, one King and a set of Bunk beds, please note the cottage does only accept a maximum of 4 people. We are part of the Snowdonia national park and all the delights that it offers. The road to Bala now boasts a path that you can walk-bicycle around the whole of the Lake, it is around 5 miles into Bala Town centre. On a night of you can pull yourself away from the fire, you could treat yourself to an excellent meal or drink at the local Eagle pub, this doubles up a corner shop in the day. There is parking for two cars at the front of the cottage We do not allow pets I’m afraid. Barmouth and it's beaches only 40 minutes drive away. Fibre optic broadband wi-fi is available. The Bala railway station is a pleasant 10 minute walk away, the train runs into Bala ( Seasonal) To the rear of the property there is a small terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sunset from and a new further patio where in the summer months there will be more tables and seating available. the road from Bala to Dogellau runs to the right hand side of the cottages, the road into the village to the front. Linen and towels are supplied and fitted to the beds ready for your arrival. The cottage is much loved by our family and as you can see from our ratings we have shared happily our 'little gem' with many happy clients many report it as a home from home. we would love to have you stay with us More
