We love our vacation home and know you will too. You will want to enjoy meals out as SXM offers over 100 restaurants to explore, and you will also want to enjoy some of your meals at Ocean Breeze; the gourmet kitchen has everything you will need to let the chef in you come out, with a beautiful outside dining area to make many fun memories.
What sets Ocean Breeze apart from others, the quite beautiful gated bay it is located in overlooking the Caribbean Sea, Indigo Bay. Combine the location with the pool courtyard we built that offers privacy, it is hard to describe the enjoyment and relaxation Ocean Breeze offers. We often spend the morning to early afternoon at a beach and return to enjoy Ocean Breeze and its private oasis. Our home is a combination of very comfortable and modern luxury – we love it.
Villa has 1825 ft² (179 m²) of inside space plus the outside courtyard adds over another 2000 ft² (93 m²). Ocean Breeze is located in a gated community with 24/7 personnel at entry gate. The villa is located between Phillipsburg and the international airport (SXM).

Pool is 5 feet deep and may not be suitable for small kids. We have a policy of no parties/gatherings, absolutely no smoking, and no pets allowed.
Indigo Bay has such beauty with its southern view of the Caribbean Sea. The privacy of our location with restaurants and grocery stores within a half mile. There are lots of fun things to do while visiting SXM: beaches, several different zip lines, horseback riding, jet skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, cheese & wine tastings, art galleries, and its a gourmet food delight for foodies.
Getting around
The borders between the French and Dutch side of SXM are open, you only know you are moving from one side to the other by its markings. A rental car is recommended in order to explore and enjoy the numerous beaches, restaurants and attractions.

Our villa is located just over three miles from the Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) towards the capital city, Philipsburg. I suggest a rental car to enjoy the many beaches and all that SXM has to offer.
