Beautiful and modern apartment, 1 bedroom , located in the heart of Condado, where everything is within walking distance including the best beaches and restaurants. Less than one block from Ventana del Mar oceanfront park in an up and coming area . near to the Hotel Vandervith ,La Concha, Condado plaza and the Marriott.<BR><BR>

Amazing!!!

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. We didn't know what to do! When we got to San Juan we were greeted by the owners aunt, Maritza. An amazing woman! She is so friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. The entire trip she have us rides (cheaper than a taxi), and assisted in our planning. I can't rave enough about this amazing woman! The room was great as well. They literally thought of everything! The most comfortable towels, beach towels, umbrellas, chilled beer cups.... Even a crock pot! There was a beautiful view..... Oh it was just amazing! Did not want to leave! Close to some shopping, casino, and places to eat. If u have time I recommend sight seeing/shopping in old San Juan (10 mins away) and we took a charter flight to Culebra and Viaquas. Beautiful beaches. Clearest water u will ever see. They also have a ferry to these islands but I hear it's a hassle. Overall, great place to stay, great service with the condo. We miss the condo and Maritza already!!!

I have to agree with you Miriam, The pictures do no justice. It is a very spacious unit and Great View!!!......I have tried to equip it with everything that you might need on a vacation or business trip. I am continuously improving the unit to assure that it meets the expectations of our guests. Was my pleasure to had you at my place for you choice Vacation I hope I will see you soon!!!.. Remember mi casa es tu casa!!!..
