Correct
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, gîte fonctionnel bien équipé dans un quartier calme, commerces à proximité.
Un propriétaire à l’écoute de nos remarques, par contre nous aurions aimé un accueil un peu plus chaleureux et pourquoi pas autour d’un jus de fruits local (comme le font certains) afin de prendre connaissance un peu plus de l’environnement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte, totalement sécurisé, qui a tout pour, d’une part nous reposer et d’autre part nous facilité les vacances.
Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux, d’une gentillesse et d’une attention hors du commun de la part de Marie-Hélène et Claude qui par leur proximité nous ont fourni de nombreux conseils et recommandations sur les visites, restaurants et autres informations utiles.
Ce gîte offre un confort maximum où tout ce qui est nécessaire est présent de façon simple et agréable, le wifi gratuit ce qui est un plus indéniable. La cuisine entièrement équipée d’un micro-onde, un véritable four, plaques à induction et frigo-congélateur de grande dimension. La chambre est propre et confortable avec climatisation, ventilateur et une moustiquaire pour tenir les moustiques à l'écart.
La terrasse et le coin jardin sont très appréciables nous n’avons pas utilisé le barbecue mais il était à notre disposition.
Si vous voulez être certain de passer de bonnes vacances, nous recommandons vivement ce gîte qui a tout pour plaire au point que nous étudions déjà l’éventualité d’y retourner.

vacances scolaires juillet aout 2016
Nous avons avons passé deux mois de vacances extraordinaires avec nos deux filles de 3et 8 ans , le gîte est très bien situé et sécurisé , le propriétaire est toujours disponible en de souci , c'est pour cela que nous y retournerons lors de nos prochaines vacances

Ce fut pour moi ,une expérience très enrichissante de rencontrer et d'accueillir des vacanciers aussi sympathiques .
C'est avec grand plaisir que je les accueillerais pour de prochaines vacances en Guadeloupe.

Excellent rapport qualité / prix
Appartement que nous avons loué pour 4 : 2 adultes et 2 ados (12 et 15 ans). Accueil très sympathique avec un propriétaire très dispo. Le logement est propre et bien équipé (climatisation dans la chambre). Il est situé dans un lotissement très calme à proximité de la très belle plage de Saint Anne. Excellent rapport qualité / prix.

Exceptional choice for our vacation!
This is such a well-cared for property! This was our first trip to Guadeloupe, we had no idea what to expect, or how to choose a place to stay. It is so hard to choose from a photo, I will try to write this from the point of view of my own questions...and yes the garden setting others mention is just beautiful! We had a wonderful breakfast every morning on the outside patio. A brilliant start to every wonderful day, shaded, with the light wind blowing to keep you cool.
1. The Gites Acajou is in a suburb outside Saintes-Anne, in a very nice suburban setting, so you would need to have a car to get around. It is not on a beach, which also means it avoids all the traffic and noise issues -- and each beach is a different experience, we far preferred to try several different ones. We toured all around both Basse-Terre and Grande-Terre, returning "home" here each night, the location is central in the sense you can do it all from here. The traffic is awful around Gosier, no turn lanes make a bottleneck, but we also ran into heavy traffic coming from Basse-Terre...there is no way to avoid it. That said, points east of this property don't have that issue, we often went to Sainte-Francois for excellent restaurants, and we loved going out to Antes des Chateaux for incredible sunsets. We liked Sainte-Anne very much as it is very quaint, with real local outside vendors -- I think the best city to be near to, Sainte-Francois is more upscale and much more touristed -- we always were glad to return to our beautifully private quiet base.
2. Our apartment was scrupulously clean, the apartment looks new, and plumbing works faultlessly, with a well-appointed kitchen.
3. Claude is a perfect host, totally reliable and caring. We had problems accessing the Internet (the code is crazy long, that is the standard. Both my husband and I tried over and over and assumed the code was wrong...Claude arrived with his wife who speaks excellent English -- to enter the code themselves into our devices. Lovely people!) FYI, the Internet in the unit is state of the art for Guadeloupe, if slower than back home. The signal is strongest at the back of the unit.
The Gites Acajou was the perfect choice for us, and a remarkable value as well.

Nice and friendly guests
We were very happy to meet Elissa and her husband.
True, traffic is heavy in some places but it can be avoided through inner country roads .
We will be delighted to indicate them to those two nice American guests if they feel like visiting the island again.
The apartment was real clean after their departure.

Idéal pour un séjour qui mixte repos et visites.
Logement situé dans une zone pavillonnaire calme. Studio très très équipé, propre, et à 3 kms environ des plages. Accueil chaleureux à l'écoute et disponible.
