Jan Thiel is a very quit and save area and everything is very close. Just a few minutes away you will find Jan Thiel Beach , Stores and shops , Zanzibar , Spanish water , Water sports , Boat trips , Nightlife and much more. Within 15 min with a car you can be at the heart of Curacao(Punda) or Mambo Beach. The usage of water and electricity is not included. A security deposit of US$ 250 needs to be paid upon arrival.
