Villa
Welcome to L'Embellie Villa on Anguilla's Forest Bay, an elegant
and secluded three-bedroom luxury villa and cottage set on one acre of
lush tropical gardens and white sandy beach. Once you arrive, it is a
paradise you will not want to, or need to, leave despite the many
allures of Anguilla. Mornings start here with that first cup of coffee
as you watch the sun rise over the Caribbean Sea from our rooftop terrace. Spend the rest of the day indulging yourself sunning in the privacy of your own sandy beach, interrupted only by the brown pelicans and frigate birds cruising above you. Or lounge with a good novel on the hammock above
the beach. Or snorkel the reef. Then cool down with a refreshing dip in
lagoon freshwater swimming pool among the coconut palms and
hibiscus. By evening, sip a gin...

More beautiful than ever
We just got back from a 9 night stay at the "new" L'Embellie. This was our second stay at the villa - first visited in May of 2013 - and were impressed by the renovation the owner did since last fall's destruction of hurricane Irma. The refreshed L'Embellie has a nice Caribbean feel to it, with new blue & yellow colors inside and out, new furniture, kitchenware and appliances. We enjoyed our stay even more this time, and felt very much at home with all the comfort, plus a view to die for. The owner was a pleasure to deal with prior to our arrival, and we were very well taken care of by the staff during our stay. Hope to return again next year!

Would live here if possible!
This was our second time to this villa and our third trip to beautiful Anguilla. This villa is beautiful and well-equipped with everything you need to unwind and relax. The gardens and grounds are beautiful, the pool delightful and refreshing and the beach is wonderful to explore or just sit and relax at the water's edge. The roof top sitting area is one of our favorite spots to relax and visit. Everything is immaculate and staff is attentive to every need. The Rizzo's are extremely helpful and wonderful to communicate with and so helpful with tips and advice.

Ideal Honeymoon Spot
We were so thrilled to have L'Embellie as a private retreat after our wedding. The house is beautiful - everything you could need is right there at the villa, beautiful sunset views, an incredible pool and a truly stylish, yet comfortable environment.
The beauty and the quiet of the Villa itself was almost enough of a vacation - but everyone on the island is so wonderful - there are so many amazing restaurants, spas and beaches - you will not run out of activities.
Anguilla itself has resisted some of the more touristy feel of other islands - but everyone treats you like a friend.
The staff and services that were recommended by L'Embeille owner (housekeeper, catering, car rental) were all top notch.
Dreaming of a return visit!

A touch of Paradise
It is very hard for words to describe something as perfect as L"Embellie. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by professionally manicured grounds, a large in-ground pool and a private beach. We stayed in the villa and it was superb. The villa has an airy, open floor plan and the exterior is comprised of full length glass doors / windows which provides amazing views of the grounds and private beach. Every morning was special waking up to the sounds of the ocean with the gentle breeze throughout the villa. The roof top deck, with its panoramic view, was one of our favorite spots for either morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
L'Embellie's location is secluded and provides maximum privacy but is also in close proximity to all of the world class beaches and restaurants. We loved going out for the day to one of the beaches and then coming back for a quick rinse in the outdoor shower and then time in the pool. We actually picked a fresh coconut from a tree on the grounds and used it for cocktails!!!
The Rizzo's are perfect hosts and will exceed your expectations. We will be going back soon!!!

Perfectly Perfect
My husband and I spent the month of January at this lovely villa. We loved the solitude and peacefulness of the property. We were a short drive from all the glorious beaches and restaurants which made everything easy and convenient. The villa itself is relaxing and very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms have AC if required. The bathrooms were spacious and also provided outdoor showers. What a thrill for this Canadian to be showering outside in January! We enjoy cooking in after a day on the beach. The kitchen was a dream, everything you need to effortlessly create a meal. We shopped at the new Butchery for beautiful meats. Fresh veg is available on the island. We enjoyed cocktail hour on the magnificent rooftop terrace while the wood burning Bbq came to temperature. It was like our very own Gilligan’s Island. There was the ocean and private beach, the pool area, the rooftop...the big comfortable reading chairs with ottomans in the living room. We loved this villa, the minute the gates closed behind our car we felt like we were home. We will definitely be returning to L’Embellie

Magnificent
We really enjoyed our stay at L'Embellie.
Between the pool and the private beach/ocean, we ended up leaving the house a lot less than we had originally planned.
The grounds and house are immaculately kept by the super friendly Gerda, who made our stay a pleasure.
We will be back next year!
