We were a party of 12 adults and 6 children and impressed at how well prepared all the bedrooms were. The house is welcoming and comfortable and bathrooms fine if unspectacular.Plenty of hot water which never ran out.Facilities were good and we found the games...More

The Derbyshire famous spa town of Buxton is a short 10 minute drive and is known as the capital of the Peak District National Park. Most notable architecture comprises of The Crecent which is modelled on Baths Royal Crecent, the Devonshire dome a large unsupported 44 metre dome which beats St Pauls Cathedral of 34 metres and the famous Buxton Opera House designed by Frank Matcham in 1903, which is and is the highest opera house in the country.
