Rooms on the pool level need a good 'makeover' - I was in one for 2 nights - not happy.
I was moved to the first floor - was like a different hotel/just seemed so much brighter, cleaner and customer friendly - absolutely no complaints.
Wi fi needs to be free like all surrounding restaurants - paid weekly (to two different people at two different prices!!) and had to type in user name and password each time (the longest in history!!) It also seemed to 'time out' and was constantly logging in!!
Breakfasts were consistently good/only ate only once in the evening - not at all impressed. Cats were annoying.
Make the bottled water free - continue charging for other items in mini bar.
The staff - in general - were very helpful and smiley - especially April on the front desk. I felt some were wary of the single female traveller - often made to feel uncomfortable when no effort was made to talk to me.
Some tile repair required around the pool - I would advise sooner...
