Seaside House two double bedroom modern house Spacious garden .Fully furnished, Includes BBQ area . Fully fitted modern European kitchen with all necessary appliances and cutlery. Situated in Lapta, close to the main road. 150 meters away on the Lapta seafront. Peaceful location (cul-de-sac) with sea and mountain views throughout.Only 3 minutes walking distance to a nearby sandy beach., and there is a Scuba diving center where you can Scuba dive. Also close by is another ideal location where you can enjoy fishing and water sports & tandem paragliding. Many Restaurants, bars & supermarkets nearby.electricity is charged separately , free wifi , you are welcome to pick fruits from the tree .

Great house great views
The house is brand new and we were the first people to stay there and the house has great mountain view and sea views it was specially built to tradition and whew were so happy staying there and the owners were ready to advise us in any help we needed I would go back again

A nice compact house
A brilliant spot in lapta right next to the beach in walking distance the owner berke is very kind and helpful the house was very nice and is comfortable it's a shame we could not have stayed longer I really miss staying there we will come back soon

Exclusive holiday home
We had a wonderful holiday at sea side house . We had great views of the sea and the mountains from the house . Berke is a very good host . Roll on next year

A real good holiday home
This is the second time we hsve come here and it just gets better and better the host berke is helpful and the hosuse is very clean surronded with fruit trees which we were allowed to pick from the trees the beach is in walking distance i highly rate this house without any hesitation if you are coming to north cyprus this is your holiday home cannot wait to come back again

Jolie petite maison dans un cadre agréable près de la mer
La maison est récente, très propre et fonctionnelle. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner est présent. Grande terrasse où nous pouvons prendre de longs petits déjeuners.
Le jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers est très joli et bien entretenu. Il y a une balancoire pour les enfants. L´endroit est calme et reposant.
Le propriétaire est serviable et joignable très facilement. Pour toute question ou conseil, n´hésitez pas à l´appeler. Possibilité de réserver auprès de lui une voiture. Le "welcome paket" est une très bonne idée. Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit et il est très agréable de trouver à disposition pour le premier petit déjeuner du pain, beurre, thé et fromage. Merci!
Une petite crique avec plage est accessible à 5 min à pied au bout de la rue. Pour les personnes ayant une voiture, nombreuses plages dans les environs, Nous avons bien aimé Sardunya Bay, plage avec possibilité de restauration et bon endroit pour observer les poissons (snorkeling).
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et recommandons cet endroit.

We spent a week at Seaside house . The house is lovely - spotlessly clean, nicely decorated & has everything you’d need your stay. The owner had thought of everything. Great location too, 5 minute walk to beach, couple of minutes from the shops.

Winter getaway
We had a nice winter break at Lapta Seaside house , The family owner of the house was kind and helpful. Lots of winter fruits in the garden pink grapefruit, oranges, lemons and tangerine. It was peaceful break and clean house was warm I hope we come again one day thank you for everything.

About the neighbourhood
Lapta is a nice place to visit and drive around. You will find some excellent places to snap pictures. There are many old buildings and lovely vantage points where you can park your car and take in the sea views.
St. John’s church has wonderful icons that date back to 1793 that are worth seeing.
St Luke’s church has columns located in its garden which have been decorated in the Corinthian style. The columns are reportedly to have once stood in the ancient city of Lambusa.
Although the Acheiropoietos Monastery cannot be accessed by the public anymore as it is currently being used by the Turkish military as an encampment and warehouse, it can be seen from different vantage points and is worth a mention
