Apartment located on the main avenue with plenty natural light.
The area of the flat is 70m2.
The living area has cable TV with more than 50 Channels, Wi-Fi is also available in the entire apartment. There is a balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy the view.
Kitchen facilities include a 4 ring gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and a microwave, besides cutlery and pans. It is also equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking. Washing machine and dishwasher machine are also available.
The flat has a bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 adults or 2 children which is connected to another room, separated by a curtain, with the capacity for 4 single beds. A terrace is also available, which can be ideal for pet owners.
Linen and towels are provided.
The bathroom has a hot water shower.

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment which is large, spacious and very clean. The location of the apartment was great with convenience stores close by and even better, the beach was very close! It was easy to get the train to Lisbon and Cascais, both locations I enjoyed visiting. We also took a boat ride on the beautiful river Tejo, viewing different monuments with a guide who was very friendly and knowledgeable, making it all worth it.
The host was very kind and helpful. I was very comfortable and had a wonderful vacation.
Thank you host, we will definitely return.

Nice Accommodation near Cascais and Beaches
The apartment is very clean and has all of the basics needed for an economical stay. It is in a neighborhood with grocery stores, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The beach and Cascais are close by. It is conveniently located approximately one block from the train station and taxis. The apartment is simple but clean and well equipped. Our host was very helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a modest yet clean and comfortable location.

Great accomodation near Lisbon
The apartament is very spacious and clean. It's not so close the the Lisbon but getting there is quite easy by train (train station is just one min from the apart.) Our Host was very kind and helpfull and give us some nice tips about neighborhood and LIsbon. Nothing more to expect for this price. We will definately stay there again.

Highly Reccomendable
The flat was a good size and had everything that one needs. It was close enough to walk to the supermarket, beach and good seafood restaurant.
The train station just a few steps from the flat and gives direct access to lisbon and cascais village, very beautiful places with beautiful monuments. The host was very friendly and accessible.

About the neighbourhood
Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, children park and restaurants/bars are also located in the vicinity (some minutes walking distance from the apartment).
Parede is known for having excellent pastries, all of them with extreme quality. There is also excellent traditional Portuguese food restaurants nearby not to mention the well-rated seafood restaurants in this area.
Getting around
You can reach Lisbon's city centre in 20 minutes, Cascais Village in 15 minutes and Estoril's Casino in 10 minutes, all this by train. If you wish to explore Sintra’s historic patrimony you can take the bus from Cascais or Estoril and it will take you about 20 minutes.
Parede's beach, known for its muddy clays with therapeutic properties, is within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment, but there are many more fantastic beaches you can choose from.
