Villa Versace located over the village with magic views just five minutes from Abbey.combination of modern with historical authenticity contributes largely to the feeling of pleasure and uniqueness of the holidays.Villa is very comfortable for two families or company from 4 to 8 persons.All bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned.Kitchen is equipped with everything you need.All Textilies,curtains,blankets,sheets are high quality.Decorated to a very high standart.All kitchen appliances and other equipment are new.

A really lovely villa in lovely Bellapais but was not ready for guests!
We arrived about 9pm at night in the pitch dark and tired after travelling since 5am. We couldn't see the house as there were no lights on, let alone find the key under the mat. The neighbour's Doberman was going ballistic at us and very scary, although we didn't know at the time that he was caged. When we eventually got inside the villa it looked as though the previous occupiers had just left. There were no beds made up, hardly any towels, the bathrooms had not been cleaned, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher that had started to go mouldy, there was washing up on the draining board, the fridge still had the previous occupiers left over food in it, there were butt ends in the ashtrays and the floors had not been mopped. We were very upset to be honest. We rummaged through cupboards and drawers and found some linen for the beds and so were able to go to bed. There was no 'welcome pack' of food for us so we couldn't even have a slice of toast and cup of tea with milk before we went to bed, bearing in mind that it was now 10pm. In the morning we spoke to the another neighbour who was extremely helpful and came round and rang the owner and told him that we were not happy. I don't think he realised the situation with his villa. He said he would arrange for someone to come round that day and clean and provide fresh towels and linen. The cleaner (a man) didn't come round until the afternoon, so we had to wash the dishes and clean the kitchen before we could even think about putting our own food in it. When he arrived we went out for about 4 hours to let him clean, but when we came back apart from clean linen and the floors being mopped it was very hard to see what he had done. The bathrooms hadn't been touched and we had to ask him to do them, but even after he 'cleaned' them they were still not good enough to use so we had to clean them ourselves. Not a good start to the holiday! It was such a shame, because it is a really lovely villa with lovely furniture and is fully equipped, but the owner needs to arrange for a proper letting agency to look after it for his guests and make sure it is ready and clean when they arrive, and also provide a 'welcome pack'. I'm sorry it's a negative review, but with proper management this would be a super place to stay.

Beautiful Villa with extraordinary view
We have booked Villa Versace for our 2 weeks family holiday in North Cyprus in August 2014. We have been in North Cyprs already several times, but this was really the most amazing place we have stayed. The villa is located in Bellapais above the the old Bellapais castle. The view during day but even more in the night is simple extraordinary. You can relax in the nice pool and just enjoy that view over the valley and the blue sea.
The villa is, as described, very well equiped (even a Nespresso coffee maker in the kitchen) with a very high standard and with three very nice beedrooms and two large bathrooms upstairs and another bedroom and bathroom in the ground floor. Also technical amenties like TV, air condition and (very important for my husband) WIFI connection are of very high quality. Our kids also loved the place, especially the pool.
The owner of the property is very a nice person, quick in responding and flexible on any requests and very supportive, also during the stay.
We have already booked the property again for summer 2015.

Quality villa, superb views
This is a very well equipped villa with a touch of luxury. It gives glorious views perched up in the mountainside overlooking Bellapais, and is within easy reach (going down) of the wonderfully quaint village itself. Coming back up the hill at the end of an evening though is not for the faint hearted, and while it would not stop us returning, it could be a show stopper for some. There is however a far easier way to get there by car... with parking right outside the villa.
The pool is a reasonable size, and the infinity design maximises the views, as does the well placed decking area. Inside is four good size bedrooms and a well proportioned lounge.
Milen himself was very helpful throughout and left us a generous welcome pack. I would certainly return and thoroughly recommend to others.

Amazing Views on top of the hill
Great location for nearby Bellapais village and monastery. Lots of great places to eat and enjoy the views.

A kept secret
We had the most amazing 2 weeks at this property everything anyone could ask for was here.
The views form the terrace & pool (especially at night ) were amazing all we can say is the BIGGEST thank you to Milen your house made a truly memorable fantastic holiday for us ,We will for sure be booking again!!

Beautiful Views but a tired property which needs a facelift
Firstly lets start by saying the views from this villa are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the view overlooking the Bellapais Monastery, the coast line and on a good day you can actually see Turkey! We never got tired of this. The infinity pool was beautiful and very warm and clean. Milen the owner was very responsive and always available to answer any questions which we were very grateful for. He very kindly arranged the transfers from Larnaca airport together with the care hire. But unfortunately the guy who is responsible for cleaning the villa really lets this property down. The TV in the livingroom was very modern and the aircon in here was a godsend!
We we arrived late at night, we were tired and went to get a drink of water from the fridge only to find left over half eaten food in the fridge. The down stairs bedroom had no aircon (we had temperatures of 38-39 degrees) and the bed was not made up. So we had to carry the mattress from the bedroom so our son could sleep on the floor in our room! This room was left in a mess from previous holiday makers and there must have been approx 15 plastic bottles just dumped in the corner of the room. The wardrobes in the villa had someones clothes hanging up in there and the drawers in each bedroom were full of junk. It was almost like someone had been living there and just upped and left. The sunloungers were filthy and had no cushions for them so we had to use the bed linen to lay on. The BBQ was so rusty and full of junk, although we managed to clean it up the best we could and we purchased a new grill rack to cook on.
Normally in every other villa we have stayed in there has been a guide to local area, and a how to guide for the villa but there was nothing. We have rented villas for 20 years now.
On day 2 of our stay the guy who must look after this for Milen as he lives in Bulgaria came to see us but did not speak a word of English and we found it difficult to understand what he was saying. He did show us how to use the cooker etc in the villa but tried to fob us off with cushions for the plastic chairs to use on the sun loungers. Sorry this was not good enough.
It was such a shame that we had to experience this I just hope that for any future stays on this property you do not experience what we have.
