The Studio has a double bed, a large double sofa-bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Internet connection and washing machine available too for free. All linen and towels included. The studio is newly renovated, however, the building needs reparations. Peaceful and quite area with locals and just few tourists close to Reykjavik, and almost in the countryside.. Outside parking space available and 40 minutes journey by bus to Reykjavík. 1/2 hour by car to the Þingvellir National park, just on the way to Geysir and Gullfoss, the Golden Circle tour. Within walking distance most services like grocery stores, post office, liquor store and restaurants. Very nice Spa-swimming pools, golf courses, back-riding, hiking, walking and bike trails. Calm, Clean with beautiful view
Iceland is really beautiful by its nature. No point to stay in down town of Reykjavik, Stay in this nice studio not far away from down town will give you more icelandic atmosphere even in sleeping. Supermarket Bonus and Kronan is close by, and you can buy hot dog in Nesti of N1 gasoline station and found KFC near by. A really nice place to stay, and I certainly will visit again.

El casero muy amable y muy atento, nos explicó muchas cosas que hacer y ver en Islandia. El estudio limpio y con todo lo necesario, con unas vistas muy bonitas.muy silencioso y tranquilo.
Muy bien ubicado aparcas en la puerta del edificio, tienes en la misma calle gasolinera,cajeros y supermercado.

Convenient location
A nice apartment in a convenient location. Aurelio was most helpful and let us check in early, thank you. There was no kettle in the studio but having mentioned this, Aurelio kindly bought one. Fruit, yoghurt and juice were left which was also appreciated. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't as clean as it could have been, the windows especially were quite dirty, but I understand the cleaner was away. Great owner, nice apartment and reasonably priced.

Thank you for your considerations. Sorry for the windows, probably for you it is unusual, but here in Iceland to clean the windows is not so easy for the large amount of fix glasses. So we clean few times per year, and it takes a lot of time and effort. In fact from those opening, you should bend the arm out and try to reach all the far corners. Any way, the cleaning of the glass is important for you and I may not go back, sorry for that.

Lovely studio, not far from Reykjavik and all the tourist attractions. Owners made sure everything was prepared for our arrival.

Best value in Iceland!
I can't say enough about how great Aurelio was, and about how nice the views are, and while Iceland is very expensive for most everything, this place made the stay very reasonable. Extremely helpful hosts for my family of 4 in so many ways, too many to state here. We rented a car and visited the many hikes near by and coffee shops in town, 15 minutes away. He even left fresh fruit on the table as he must have known my travel weary kids love fruit. And a hand-written welcome note. And he refunded us for a night we had to cancel, and that TripAdvisor was giving us a hard time about. So grateful.

Nice spacious place
Good place to travel to local sites of interest. Studio nice size and great views of the mountains. Close to amenities. When we arrived Aurelio point out place of interest.

Fantástico
Un estudio con maravillosas vistas, perfecto para una pareja, y un sitio ideal desde el cual hacer excursiones por la isla.
Aurelio fue estupendo con nosotros. Le agradecemos sus recomendaciones y esperamos volver a vernos algún día.
Gracias a sus explicaciones la última noche pudimos ver auroras boreales.
Una experiencia fantástica.

Lovely studio with great views
Aurelio and Patricia were very welcoming hosts. we were travelling with our 18 month old daughter and they made sure that we had everything we needed (cot, feeding chair, laundry). The studio itself is very clean and comfortable, and the view is lovely to wake up to! Very close to two different buses into Reykjavík, which was convenient (I recommend the Reykjavik city card/ straeto bus app). thanks Aurelio and Patricia for your hospitality!

Beautiful Mountain Views
Great location 15 minute drive to Rekyavik city center. Vedy quiet village with all necessary esentials. Good place for jumping off for any day trips. Areilo made us feel special. Aoartment was nice and had all the things we needed.

Very nice studio with a GREAT view!
Thank you, Aurelio, for the wonderful stay. The view was really amazing! We even saw the northern lights at night! The 5 of us (we + 3 kids) felt very comfortable. The apartment had everything we need.
Aurelio gave us several valuable advice about places to go. So, we made an easy hike to the mountains that we saw from the window. We went to the public hot pool (just 3 min driving) on our last day before the flight. It was fantastic, the kids had a blast there. :-)
