Villa Hale Malia is a refined holiday retreat that makes full use of its magnificent oceanside location. Great property but property managers that leave a lot to be desired
The villa and its staff were amazing. Unfortunately dealing with the managers of the property when booking the villa made for a most unpleasant experience. I will never again come back unless the owners of the villa choose a better team to manage the booking process.

We would like to clarify that the booking was facilitated through your agent, and as a result, we were not directly involved in the management of the booking process. However, we understand the importance of addressing any concerns and ensuring our guests feel valued.
To make amends for the inconvenience, the agent had initiated a gesture by offering you a credit voucher of USD 500 to be used during your stay for food and beverage. This voucher was deducted during your stay to compensate for the non-utilization of one of the bedrooms during your 4-night stay.
Once again, we apologize for any frustration caused and hope that this gesture demonstrates the commitment to ensuring a more positive experience in the future. We value your feedback and appreciate your understanding.

amazing place and best services
i have stayed in many 5 star hotels but nothing compare to this one the services its best i had so far and the view its amazing would give 10/10

Incredible villa with stunning views and amazing staff
The villa is located between Patong and Kamala (about a 10 minute car ride to Patong and an 8 minute ride to Kamala). The villa is in a gated-complex with 12 other luxury villas. It is private and discreet. There are no amenities in the complex and the villa is self sufficient. The villa has two staff; Nom (chef) and Nam (who takes care of everything else). Nam and Nom are fantastic. They took excellent care of us, from preparing each meal to bringing us snacks and drinks while we are in the pool. We have been coming to this villa for many years and Nam and Nom are one of the main reasons we do this.
The villa is designed in Thai style, but it is very contemporary and all the walls are made of glass. The villa is perched on a cliff overlooking the sea. The views from the villa and from the pool are absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the incredible scenery or to have a place for friends and family to gather, this villa is perfect for this.
