Words cannot describe how beautiful the scenery is on this property! The views of the sea are more than 180 degrees! The sunsets are AMAZING and the salt water pool is huge and fabulous. I have never floated like that in my life, it’s was sooooo relaxing! We were in Aegina for a wedding and it was like something out of a movie! We hope to return someday soon!

Loved the roominess of the house along with the ex...
Loved the roominess of the house along with the extremely large pool to enjoy. Walking through the exterior gate to access the finest cove along the coastline was magical. Crystal clear water was so rejuvenating. Peaceful, quiet, private and spacious. Perfect for our family of 6.

Fantastiskt fint läge
Bilder och tidigare recensioner stämmer väl överens.
Bostaden har generösa sovrum och sällskapsutrymmen.
Havet direkt utanför med strandpromenad till supermarket och trevliga restauranger.
Inget ljud från trafik då det ligger lite avsides från vägen.
Vi hade hela stället för oss själva vilket kanske bidrog till att förgylla totalupplevelsen.

Wonderful place on a beautiful island
This place was just wonderful and the location is even more beautiful than the pictures can show! You can see, hear and smell the sea even from the bedrooms! The pool is clean and big and with colorful lightning at night! Alexia was answering very fast and was very helpful from the beginning until the end no matter what we have been asking for - restaurant recommendations, car rental, wifi or sightseeing … thank you very much Alexia for this wonderful holiday! We hope to come back very soon :)

Schöne Villa direkt am Meer
Das Haus liegt am Rande einer Siedlung direkt am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist gut, der Pool ist toll. Alexia war immer zu erreichen und konnte Fragen oder Probleme direkt beantworten bzw lösen. Wir überlegen schon ob wir nächstes Jahr nochmal kommen.

Great Villa, Ideal Location & Terrific Property Manager
Our booking, communications and check-in were a really good experience. The Property Manager was attentive to details and very responsive to all of our questions.
The property is ideally located in a quiet seaside neighboorhood with evening views of Athens city lights. With the sea breeze we were able to sleep with windows open and no AC. Sleeping and waking to the easy surf was wonderful. Plenty of privacy in the villa because of its 180 exposure to the sea and property wall.
Very nearby (a few blocks) is a good market, gas station and a few small restuarants.
We will be coming back.

Herrlicher Urlaub direkt am Meer mit wunderschönen Räumen und einem großzügigen Pool.
Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Alexia lief einwandfrei, das Objekt ist ein Traum mit großen Schlafzimmern. Jederzeit wieder !

This house is just wonderful!
Finding the property and all the rental process was smooth, accurate and fast.
This house is located in a super privileged place giving you the feeling you are in your own island with all those intense transparent water colors and at the same time is literally 5 minutes from a beautiful port with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, with ferry service several times a day to Athens.
The house amenities are all as advertised and more, the pool is larger and definitely deeper than so many hotels!
Every dawn and sunset was an spectacle.
Spacious and cozy place is this house where literally all you need to start is your own tooth brush.
The owner is the most helpful, responsive and respectful.
I’m so glad to have the opportunity to write this little review and thank the owner for giving us the opportunity to spend these days at this property.
