The cottage is in the heart of a small quiet village in Highland Perthshire, Scotland. The building dates from 1800's with the title deeds telling us that the first owner of the house was a bootmaker. Modernised inside it provides a comfortable living space for up to 8 people. There are two living rooms, one with an open log fire and the other with a log burning stove. The large kitchen diner is a great place to socialise with the large old farmhouse style dining table. The garden seating areas follow the sun with the bbq area getting the sun in the evening. The cottage is located close to the village shops and the two local pubs. The closest is an 18th century coaching inn that sells local and craft beers, food and is dog and child friendly.
